Only issue I have with the product is that about 2 pages are ripped from the bottom right corner. Not exactly sure how that might have happened. But overall the rest of the product was good.
I ordered the rose feel necklace as a birthday gift for myself. I wanted an initial paper clip style necklace that looked and feel luxurious at a reasonable price. This necklace met all of my expectations. The design is beautiful and is lightweight..
Ordered end of November, now after Christmas and still no gift. Tracking site saying in route nothing has changed. Will never use this site again, and recommend people to stay away.

The ordering process was very easy, i feel like its a little too expensive for the quality of the image, i had gotten bees to be on the side and they are very bad quality. The other flowers are okay. It took about two weeks for it to come in, it was intact.
I ordered Christmas gifts in November as they stated 9-12 shipping days. I have not received them as of today. I have requested updates & twice have been asked to give them more time.

On the website the books looks like it has 3D letters on it and looks hand made. The one I received looked generic, and flat.
Placed an order for 3 necklaces that resemble puzzle pieces and they indeed came out beautifully. I had them prepared as Christmas gifts and my friends really enjoyed them that they wore them the day they opened their gift(12-24). The only downside is that one of the puzzle pieces was a big too big to fit it all together.
It's a cute idea. On the website the quality looks way better. You expect it to at least look like what you paid $70.00 for. Nope, more like $20.00 arts and craft. Lesson learned. I won't ever buy from rosefeels again.
I ordered it about a month ago and it took a whole month to get to me
Ordered on 11/22 - received a notice I ordered and that item would ship 5-8 days. Waited a week. Emailed and received generic emails days later asking me the ship date which I told them each time. Item never shipped. No customer service number to call. Never received the item. Horrible.
My order was great but the shipping took almost a month.

Ordered mid November for delivery by Dec 15th so l could wrap the gift & mail it to my son. Since l wouldn't have enough time to do so. They changed the shipping address directly tomy son's instead with hopes it would be received ( unwrapped) in time for Chrisymad after more than a month. Now it's Dec 23rd & it hasn't even been shipped yet. My son will be lucky to receive it by Jan 15th...after 2 months! Hope it is nice as in the pictures onlineafter such a long delay & late fir both his Christmas and his birthday too! I requested a partial refund due to the circumstances...no reply back sbout that...just a request to be patient. I ordered mid November...l was patient.
