The ordering process was very easy, i feel like its a little too expensive for the quality of the image, i had gotten bees to be on the side and they are very bad quality. The other flowers are okay. It took about two weeks for it to come in, it was intact.

Placed an order for 3 necklaces that resemble puzzle pieces and they indeed came out beautifully. I had them prepared as Christmas gifts and my friends really enjoyed them that they wore them the day they opened their gift(12-24). The only downside is that one of the puzzle pieces was a big too big to fit it all together.
It's a cute idea. On the website the quality looks way better. You expect it to at least look like what you paid $70.00 for. Nope, more like $20.00 arts and craft. Lesson learned. I won't ever buy from rosefeels again.

Ordered mid November for delivery by Dec 15th so l could wrap the gift & mail it to my son. Since l wouldn't have enough time to do so. They changed the shipping address directly tomy son's instead with hopes it would be received ( unwrapped) in time for Chrisymad after more than a month. Now it's Dec 23rd & it hasn't even been shipped yet. My son will be lucky to receive it by Jan 15th...after 2 months! Hope it is nice as in the pictures onlineafter such a long delay & late fir both his Christmas and his birthday too! I requested a partial refund due to the circumstances...no reply back sbout that...just a request to be patient. I ordered mid November...l was patient.
