Ordered the product at the end of November, it's now the end of December and still no product. Customer service answer... "Wait 3-5 more days". Waited the 3-5 days and now no response from customer service.

Was not told this item was from China and that shipping would take so long 6 days to get from china to the LAX and it has been 6 more days to get from LAX to Texas and who know how many more before it gets to us here in Ohio. No updates once it hits the states per say just says in transit and have not received a new proper tracking number with the company that has it now would like shipping to be much faster was not worried about the crafting time that was fast but the shipping leaves a lot to be desired might want to find an american company to make it for you instead for the price

I had ordered my package on November 29th. It is now December 30th and my package has still not been delivered to my home. The company instead, delievered it to a city over 30 minutes away from my home 3 weeks late. Their response time through email is ridiculously slow considering I had emails go multiple days left unresponded to regarding my package THEIR company sent so late. Never using this company again. 0/10 would reccomend.

I ordered well before Christmas. My delivery date was maxed at December 22nd. Showed up December 28th. It was suppose to only have one purple butterfly but it had two. Not a huge deal but the others were picked on purpose, so its a pointless butterfly in the middle of the project. Defiantly a decent item. Just a few issues.

I ordered an item one month in advance of the holiday and it still has not been produced, let alone shipped. The first time I inquired, I was told my order would be put in "urgent" status, the next time I inquired, I was told they had lots of "unanticipated" orders and would I give them another day to get the order out. Today, I was told that they need to produce their orders in chronological order and they received many more orders than they anticipated and would I please give them 5-7 more days before the item is shipped (which will, of course, take two more weeks). At this point, I'll be lucky if I ever get my gift and it wasn't cheap. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Worst experience. Save your money, dont buy anything from these scammers. If i could rate my experience id rate it as a 0 but it wont let me do that.

It took about a month to get my order. When I finally received the recipe book, the quality was terrible. "Custom wood finish" is how they described it, but it's a very thin piece of plywood, very poorly stained and the customized design and lettering are very hard to make out. Buyers beware.

Product did not look as good in person as it did on line. Looked much cheaper. Product was a Christmas gift that was ordered shortly around Thanksgiving but didn't arrive in time to send out as gift.

Paid close to 70.00 for a personalized sweatshirt for my wife for Christmas and it still hasn't arrived

I have not received my order yet. I placed the order on Nov 27th. Your customer service does not exist. I still have not received feedback on where my item is.

Bought them for my two daughters as grandmother necklaces. They look just like the ones in the pictures. Good quality.

I ordered an item on December 1st that was supposed to be delivered in 9-12 days. When that time passed I reached out and was told the item would be priority shipped ASAP. They created a tracking number but never shipped the item. I received it after Christmas which ruined the present and what I received was low quality. They should credit me for the bad service and bad quality. I will NEVER shop there again and plan to warn others to avoid doing so.

Ordered a keychain as a Christmas present before Thanksgiving and did not receive until 3 days after Christmas. Contacted customer service and all they did was resend tracking info. Had I known upfront it was coming from China I may have reconsidered ordering or shipping options.
Keychain was ok but not worth the wait
