Unfortunate, wanted to love it

The first cookbook I ordered was missing brackets and not attached to the cover.
They sent me a replacement (after Christmas) and unfortunately even though this one was correctly mounted, it was broken. A section of the spine was broken off.

Not as Expected

The colors were not as dark in the etching. Some were light and some were dark so some of the names were more faint. The glue also showed on a few of the pieces. We paid for expedited shipping and ordered Black Friday weekend. This was a gift for Christmas. We finally received it on December 29th. Overall quality and delivery were not what was expected for something that cost close to $100 and which would have cost more had we not taken advantage of sales.

The actual gift itself turned out great but it comes from China so it took 30 days to arrive. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift and it came in late and wasn't able to give it to my family for Xmas. I won't be using this company again.

Still waiting on my product to arrive

I ordered the custom sweatshirt for my daughter-in-law's mother (who just lost her husband a few months before) for Christmas. When I ordered it on November 30th, I had NO IDEA that it would take this long to produce and ship. I reached out to customer service and their excuse was "they received many more orders than they thought and my order was "in cue" based on when I ordered it). I asked that it be sent in time for Chrismas and never heard back. I see that it's "somewhere" in the world "in transit" but I have no idea when I will receive it. She goes back home on January 6th and it has not arrived, I will have to pay additional shipping to send it to her. Never expected this type of customer service.

The title describes it all. Took over a month to arrive with very limited communication. Their tracker basically showed it was sitting on a Chinese tarmac for 4 weeks. When arrived, the item was banged up and broken. Probably not even worth trying to get a refund.

Would Not Order From Again

Shipping was HORRIBLE! I placed my order on December 2nd with them advertising it would take 8-9 days for delivery. Well, it took 28 days and the gifts was an anniversary gift and a Christmas gift. Both dates were missed. The product came from China, which if I had read that part I would not have ordered from this company. They don't have a phone number for customer service to call and only an email that took 2 days for them to reply. It should've been a red flag for me why they don't have a phone number. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN! And I would suggest that you do not order from this company either unless you want to be disappointed. The products do not appear as advertised on the website. Please do not order from this company. This was a horrific experience.

Ordered a cup on 11/29 and paid for standard shipping, which stated 5-8 business days.
Never got a shipping confirmation, so on 12/18 I emailed the customer support to request tracking.
Tracking indicated it had been marked as ready for pick up on 12/17. 12 business day after the order was placed. It was a Christmas gift and didn't arrive until 12/30.
The cup itself was cute and I'm hopeful it'll hold up. The images online made it look like the names were somehow printed on the cup, but in person, they're more like vinyl stickers placed on the cup.
