Your time frame was completely false, and due to that this special gift never made it in time. You said 5-8 shipping days. In America that means the entire order is completed and in route. Highly dissatisfied with this and absolutely pissed it was not in time for the occasion especially when I ordered it 12/6/24 it's almost a month since I placed the order. I have yet to open it and see it so we shall see if that's another let down as the shipping was.

The bracelet is very beautiful, but it doesn't seem to be very secure in the elastic. The elastic is long and small loops are popping through the beads. Time will tell how it holds up. It took three times longer than I expected to arrive. I ordered it the end of November and got it December 31. Not in time for Christmas.

I've reached out to costumer service multiple times, and the only time they responded was to give me my tracking information (which I already had and did not address my concerns). The other times I've reached out to costumer service, they have not answered. When I try to track my item, it says "it is in transit. Thanks for waiting". I have no idea if my item will ever arrive and no one answered to get my money back.
I ordered a 12 x 20 pillow cover and ended up receiving a 10 x 17. The representation of this order on the website is completely incorrect. The website made this pillow cover, the lettering and flowers look far more elegant than what they are. The flower colors are faded and run together. The quality and appearance of this product is so cheap, I am embarrassed to give it to the grandmother that it is intended for. Not to mention the fact that I ordered this on 12/01 and did not receive it until 12/28.
I will never buy from or recommend rosefeels to anyone.
