Excellently made piece. Wasn't aware that it was being delivered from China, so the delivery time was beyond our desired date, but once it finally arrived, it brought joy to our mother who just turned 90.

Our package arrived with a completely cracked frame. There was one thin layer of bubble wrap, and a thin mailing envelope around it. Not nearly enough to protect it. When I asked for a new item, I was told to repair it myself! What?!? When I kept asking, I was offered a new frame and told to reframe it myself.
At this point I gave up. Very disappointing. Any other company would've gladly sent a new item.

The necklace is as beautiful as it showed and will make an awesome Mother's Day gift.

The chain keeps wanting to knot up and does not seem to rectify.

Received order a few days after Christmas but it was as ordered and we loved it.

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with, I do not advise anyone to order anything from this company. I haven't received the item I ordered yet still so I can't say what the quality of the work is, but I can say this company sucks I would never order from it again.

Its been over a month and i still havent received my order and ive been emailing about it for the a week now.

Ordered product on December 3rd as a Christmas gift….its currently January 4th and still have not received my order. Whether my product ever turns up or not I will not be recommending this company to anyone. Never even got any corresponding emails from them until 2 days ago that it had finally left the factory. So maybe I'll end up receiving it, maybe I won't. Time will tell.

I was very disappointed when I received what would be my grandparents Christmas gift this year. For the price, the family tree was made out of two different materials, both being extremely flimsy, so much so that it was damaged. There was also a chip on the front side. The laser engraving was hardly engraved and the larger names were difficult to read. I will never order from this company again.

If I knew it was coming from other countries I would have purchased somewhere else

If I could exchange the ones I bought for wallet size picture holders that would be wonderful.

I ordered a Christmas present in November and never received.

I placed an order for a Christmas gift on December 1st 2024. It's now January 3rd 2025 and the item still hasn't arrived and only shipped a few days ago. No communication that it wouldn't arrive before Christmas and the recipient thought I forgot about them because they never received a gift from me. I'm sure the item will be beautiful once it arrives but I'm super disappointed that I ordered from this company and placed my trust that the expensive gift I purchased would arrive in time for Christmas as stated when I placed the order.

Ordered 2 months ago and still don't have items. One was for my son who is moving to a new air force base and he wasn't able to get it before his leave is over.

No return label was provided and found out that I must pay return shipping to China if not satisfied

I ordered a customized pillow as a Christmas gift. The pillow was ordered at least 5 weeks prior to the holiday and was just delivered today. I inquired twice about my order and received very generic responses. I was pretty sure at that point, I was scammed. The packaging of the pillow was folded in half and placed in a vacuum sealed bag. The quality of the pillow was much less than expected. The interior stuffing of the pillow was sparse and the pillow was flat. I had to insert a different interior stuffing to make the pillow plump and look presentable. Very disappointed with the quality. I was expecting better quality given the price I paid.

Placed an order over a month ago and has still not been sent. Several messages and they keep saying they are rushing my order and "give us a few more days" offered compensation of $7.95"

Put order in.paid for it.weeks later no order confirmation or shipping info.I emailed.they responded oh wow were busy.
Never any communication on anything unless I instigate...fake shipping info from China.
Impossible to track.
You will get no order.no refund ever! Only delays and lies...they steal your money
