Absolute Scam took over 4 weeks to just ship my merchandise that I still don't have. Support is nearly non-existent or any compensation for the extremely late deliver that was an Xmas 🎄 gift.

After waiting for almost 5 weeks and two emails to the company, I believe my order has finally been shipped-from China. I had no idea this would take so long, and I was never informed that the product would come from overseas. At this point, even if I like the end result of and when I ever see it, I will NEVER use this company again. There was no back black band to close the book so I ordered leather shoelaces to close and tie the book because it wouldn't stay closed. It kept flopping open. I had to order separate alphabetical dividers.

I placed an order on December 5th, a gift for Christmas, and based upon the website I should have had plenty of time to receive it before Christmas. It is now January 4th and I have not received this gift. I paid over $60 for this, will ever get it or do I just count it as fraud and wasted money.

While digging into the actual shipping times, I found 8-12 business days and so I purchased the sweatshirt. When I went to track my purchase the website initially said I did not make a purchase and they had no record of my order. Luckily, the company did send me a confirmation number upon ordering. I was able to send an email to the company with that information and they sent me back a tracking number and apologized that they were backed up. My order arrived on January 3rd, 35 days after I ordered it.
My product was also unsatisfactory. I had a sweatshirt made with "PAPA" embroidered on the front. It arrived crooked. I also ordered an XXL. It fits like a large and it is not a sweatshirt material on the inside. I'm. It sure how to explain it, feels like a sweatshirt on the outside and a t-shirt on the inside is the best I can do. I would not order from this company again.
