I had to contact Compass customer service because I was concerned that the shipment was delayed, since I had not yet received a tracking number. I received a quick response, explaining that there was a an influx of orders, and that my order had been expedited. I was very happy that they answered so quickly. A few days later, I Received the tracking number. Shipping appears to come from China which takes much longer than indicated on the storefront. I have now received the order, and the product is beautiful!

I was Leary after placing the order since I saw after the fact about some poor experiences. Mine though was fine. The person receiving the Christmas gift loved it and it delivered timely considering it was the holidays and came from China.

I was unaware the product was shipping from China however I did pay for expedited delivery. Ordered on 12/5 for Christmas gift and today is 1/5 and I still do not have it. Customer service did not respond to email inquiries timely, and when I did get a response it felt like it was an automated canned response with no real time information. I still have no idea where my order is and cannot find anyone to give me an e texted delivery date. I will NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN and will research future products more thoroughly before ordering.
