We love the sweatshirt however it was shipped with the wrong color of embroidery. Due to the long shipping time, we chose to just keep it instead of ask for the correct color.
I ordered a country style vase with the names of my kids on it with their birth flowers. The print was small and illegible. It was also printed on the vase crookedly, and smaller than was advertised. When I asked for a refund they offered 25%. The vase was $60. Not even worth the money paid. I am deeply disappointed, will not use them again and will warn others against purchasing from RoseFeels.
