It took over a month to receive my order. When I ordered at the beginning of December, I was under the impression that it would arrive before Christmas, it took more than two weeks after Christmas to arrive. Had I known that from the beginning, I would have ordered elsewhere. Tracking my order in the beginning was difficult on their site and they didn't even start processing my order until after Christmas, I had to email and ask the status of my order. *They did respond quickly to my email* It took a took over a week once my order was finished for it to be processed from China. Upon my order arriving, the entire thing fell apart as soon as I took it out of the shipping package. The materials used are low quality, it feels cheap. Based on my experience, I do not recommend.

They need to start getting their products out faster. I ordered my gift for my girlfriend a week before Christmas and I just barely got it. So watch out for that if it's for a gift to some one order it months in advance.

It's been a month and I still haven't received my order. I contacted customer service and was told it was shipped that's it.

This is such a great idea for a personalized gift, but what I received (over a month after I ordered and I paid for my order to be expedited) is not what is shown. What they show that they are selling is well defined drawings and text, and is black like it was done in pen/ink. What I received looks like it was carved out. That's not necessarily a bad thing, the text on mine is well defined, it looks okay. However, nearly everything else looks terrible. The blanket on the right with the cup of coffee on it looks great in their pic, but mine... you can't tell what it is at all. It just looks like a carved up mess. In fact, a lot of it looks like a carved up mess. Furthermore, their photo shows an elastic band that goes around the front cover to keep it closed. Mine doesn't have that. On the inside the pages aren't centered and they stick above the cover of the book. The whole thing just looks like much sloppier version of what they say they're selling.
Lastly, I'd have probably given the whole thing 3/5 stars, but this company's communication is seriously lacking. I went through this using a certain email of mine. After I ordered I received a confirmation email (to that particular email) from them. Weeks later when I tried to log in and check on my order, it says I hadn't ordered anything. I emailed them to find out what was happening and they don't get back to you for two days. They didn't explain why this website shows that I hadn't ordered anything, they just told me to be patient. When I pressed further, telling them that this whole thing seemed shady, they just told me to be patient again. Last week I received an email from them that said my order should have been delivered by now. I reached out again and said it hadn't, and they responded "Sorry for waiting so long. Your order has been shipped out."

Again, the idea is fantastic, but the execution is miserable. Save yourself the headache and pass on this.

I ordered items from them on December 6. It is now January 10 and I received a notice that my item was delivered but it was never received.

I ordered these and paid for the "VIP Service" as well as expedited shipping as I wanted to get them before Christmas. They were over a week late and when I tried to work with customer service to get a refund, they wouldn't refund the entire expedited shipping fee that I paid for. We settled at $17 - however, I will never be ordering from this company again.

Hello, I purchased a product based on a advertised production and shipping schedule that would have provided a Christmas gift. None of this was true. I reached out multiple times and finally was informed that it shipped on the 29 of December. It's still in china at a sorting center. I have had multiple promises and nothing came through, I will never recommend or use your company again.

I placed an order and never received it and now I'm being charged for it. Their shipping service is terrible because you can't track the package. Reaching out to customer service does nothing because when they responds all they say is please wait.

I saw a necklace i liked for my partner, paid for it, it got delivered in tact (took awhile), she enjoyed it. Just like that
