Communication could be better

The product was great. It's beautiful and as described. However, I never received an email for purchase confirmation nor did I receive an email with tracking information. Shipping also took almost a month when the website stated 4-8 business days and it took over 3 weeks. I had to dispute it with PayPal to reach customer service because the email provided in PayPal was invalid. Customer service was very polite and responded very timely once I was able to get in touch with them, but they could really do better with confirming orders with their customers. These items are not cheaply priced and it makes people think they might be getting scammed which is awful for a reputable company that makes beautiful products.

Great customer service

I ordered the necklace with names engraved and birthstones. I messed up my delivery address, and I wrote them in a panic. They got back to me within minutes and fixed everything.

The product is very nice, but I wish there were font options. The cursive print is very very delicate, and my elderly mother can't actually see the names too well. I know we need to get her better glasses or something, but it's something to keep in mind.

Mothers Day Gift

Was looking for a nice little personalized Mother's Day gift for my wife and came across this website. Decided to surprise her with a family tree sign since we are expecting two twin boys very soon. Took a little longer than expected but when the sign finally arrived she was so ecstatic and happy with it. Looks just like the picture on the website!

Will not shop here again

I had ordered two items and paid extra for express shipping thinking that it would arrive within two weeks (express shipping was 4-8 business days). After 17 business days, I reached out to see what was going on and received no response for a few days. Then the response was "sorry, we are backed up but will get it soon". Mind you, free shipping was 9-18 business days so I requested my shipping costs back which never happened. All in all, my package finally arrived 3 weeks later than it should have and the customer service was less than par. I will not be shopping for items here in the future.

The quality of the item itself was great, I do wish they would've separated pet names from children names since they're separated when filling it out online. Also paid for the biggest one, and paid the extra 49.99$ to get it in 3-5 business days, which would've been before Mother's Day. Instead I got it two weeks AFTER and still got jipped the $50 on priority.

Heart bracelet

I found it very difficult to order from the. com.au website. It wouldn't let me add to cart once I had completed size and engraving. I had to use the. Com site to place my order, which was worrying as I wasn't sure if I was doing the correct thing.
However, once I had contacted you with my concerns and gave you my order number, your people found the order and confirmed that they had it. I have now received my bracelet with my grandchildren's names and I am wearing it.

Love the custom family tree!

Love the custom family tree! Gave it to my mother for her 1st grandmother's mother's day, as she became a grandmother twice just 2 weeks apart last June. She loved it so much! Unfortunately shipping too longer than expected and she recieved the Friday after mother's day, but she still loved it.

The necklace was beautiful and in great shape i just wished that the webside was bold and clear that even if you paied for express shipping its gunna take up to like 18 business days to make the piece itself
