Nice Mother's Day Gift

Product arrived over a week late even with expedited shipping. Also the top layer became unglued the day after receiving it. I will have to get some wood glue to but it back together. Other than that it's nice!

I didn't receive an email when my items I ordered where shipped or when they got delivered. I would say improve on communication when items are shipped and delivered to customer.

Delivery was well after promised delivery date with no communication that there was a delay. I had to contact company myself to find where order was and when it would be delivered.

I was very happy with how my product turned out once I received it. I wasn't sure how long the process would take, but customer service was very responsive and I had my product within a few weeks of ordering. I was hoping for sooner, but understand it takes time to make the products and customize them before shipping. Thanks!

Mother's Day Gift

It was okay. The products are customized so it takes a long time for it to be shipped which does cause irritation and anxiousness. I ordered a bracelet for my mother and put the order in april 30th and didn't receive it until mid may.

Disappointed

I ordered my product and selected and paid for the 2 day shipping so I could get it in time for a holiday coming up. The product shipped 10 days later and was received 17 days after ordering. The product it self was great but because of the experience and lack of care or support from the provider I would not recommend this company nor would I purchase again.

Advertise 4-8 day shipping, took nearly a month to arrive. Product is ok, looks good for the price. Decent quality with no complaints there. Chain is super cheap quality and doesn't suit the product.
