Extremely Dissatisfied. I have been waiting for more than a month, when the policy states I should receive my items between 2-18 business days, and I still haven't received them. I have been emailing for the past 2 weeks, obviously speaking to a bot that keeps stating, " Can you give more time?" I am 2 weeks past Mother's Day, and I received multiple tracking numbers that state that my items are in scottsdale, China and Colorado, all at the same time. They are everywhere except with me. I am extremely dissatisfied and I still haven't gotten my package. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

I found everything I was looking for easily and they have a lot of great things.

It was great but I wasn't aware where it was coming from. The only issue is it came a couple days after Mother's Day. Other than that the product is great and my mom loved it, just wish it came on time

My order was placed 4/25 for Mothers Day. It is now 5/26 and I still have not received the order. I have yet to receive a refund. The only communication I've had with customer service has been via email and they are scripted emails all stating the same response by different representatives. Very disappointed and will not order from Rosefeels in the future.

This is a scam…don't order from them…never received product

The pot it very small, the flowers are very hard to read. The product took about a month to make and ship.

I ordered a platter for Mother's Day on April 25, which was about 3 weeks before mother's day. It finally arrived more than a month after I ordered it. The handwriting was hard to read and the platter was plastic and seemed cheap. I would not recommend this gift or this company.

The tracking was ridiculous. All it said was left port of origin. Then nothing for like 5 days? I would never order from them again. The necklace was a lot smaller than I thought. Even with magnifying glass I couldn't read names on the leaves. Very disappointed. It arrived too late to give it for Mothers Day also. You get what you pay for I guess. Lesson learned. I will just go to a jewelry store from now on.

I ordered my gift two months ahead, and he still did not arrive in time for Mother's Day. And then when it did arrive, it was damaged.

I ordered this in April. I never received this gift. It was supposed to be a mother's gift for my grandmother. Unfortunately she received nothing for mothers day as I was told the order was still in production. It has yet to arrive. Do NOT order from this site.

Easy to create and my mom loved it when she got it. It was so so cute.

I paid for additional charge for express and I'm still waiting over a month for the product I paid for. At this rate I won't order from this company again

I have not received my order and it has been 4.5 weeks. This company has emailed me back but no product yet.
Disappointed as on their website it says quicker delivery time.
I don't know if I will e er get my order.

I did not receive my order. It stated 9-12 business days for shipment but not it's been over a month. I reached out multiple times for an update or even a refund. They relied that it was being expedited. I still haven't received it though. It's very disappointing.

Product was not glued together well. Some trim was already coming off.

Item was never delivered, ordered and stayed "in production" status the whole time. Delayed communication. Currently disputed with PayPal.

Never received our item. Extremely disappointed. We ordered it on April 22,2023. Several requests to reach out and nothing has come of it.

Shipping took longer then I expected. Item was a lot smaller then I expected. Guess I should have read description details

She was very pleased. Living 500 miles away she was super happy to have gotten a mothers day gift
