The tracking information is not valid and I never get a reponse back when I reach out to the company regarding my order.
I didn't receive my order for a month! The product I bought was not the size that was delivered. It was significantly smaller then what I purchased. I emailed them several times and was lied to about my product being "inspected" prior to being shipped well turns out it wasn't even produced yet. They are liars and they did nothing to attempt to make it right. DO NOT BUY from them. I never write reviews but this is necessary.
I ordered plant pots from rose feels on April 26th. Its over a month later and I still haven't received my order. Very Frustrating!
I ordered the customized pillow 3 weeks in advanced and order still did not arrive in time for Mother's Day. When I got the product it was damaged - there was a stencil cut around one of the letters. No quality control on their products. I did not end up giving the gift. The pillow was about $70 and Customer service offered me 10% and then 20% discount which I did not accept and left at that. I was disappointed at the product and service and will not be doing business with rose feels again or recommending them either.
First it took over month to get. Asked customer service they just kept sending me tracking but it showed nothing. So customer service was horrible. I finally get the product and I was supposed to get 2 adults, 2 kids, kid angle, and dog angle. I got 2 Adults, 2 kids and 3 dog angle and no angle kid...so everything is horrible...
Still have not received my product from this company after a full month of waiting for it. Seems as if it will never arrive. How much longer am I supposed to wait? This was a Mother's Day gift so my Mother has had no gift and I still do not know when and if she will receive it. Very disappointed in this company.

I tried to cancel it after it didn't come by Mother's Day, and they were going to charge me some horrendous cancellation fee that they said was on their website.
