It's been over a month and my order is still "in production" I can't get a timeline of when it will be done or shipped. I have been in communication with RoseFeels but am still asked to just be patient. It was suppose to be shipped in 5-6 days

I placed an order over a month ago. Was told it would be 4-6 days for production and paid extra for 3-5 day shipping. It has been a month and a half and I still don't have the order. I probably got scammed from this site.
This business has awful communication as well as shipping. I've been in contact with them for over a month without answers. I've emailed them numerous times and attempted to cancel my order 3 times due to never receiving. I always received an email stating "give it one more week" I still hasn't received my item and have reached out to PayPal.

I bought a necklace for my girlfriend with out 2 girls names and birth stones. I paid for the priority as well as a gift box. The necklace took a long time to get here but I guess that was due to customs so that's okay. But when it did come in I noticed there were scratches all over the pendant part of the necklace. Everything els was lovely and thought it had multiple scratches she insisted on keeping it because she loved it so much. My mother cried when she saw it, saying how beautiful the gift was.
I paid an up charge for quicker turnaround and expedited shipping. Neither happened. I requested a credit for those amounts and was told on the next order. The product finally arrived, a piece of the wood was chipped off on one of the corners. We also had to glue it to hold it together. Not satisfied at all.

I order a Mother's Day gift for my wife it got here a week after Mother's Day and it didn't get put into production until 2 days before Mother's Day I order this on the 1st only when I asked to cancel order and get a refund was my order than put into production and shipped which really irritates me but I digress I'm just happy to have received the gift
