I ordered two special order flower pots one month ago today for Mother's Day. Nowhere on the site did it say how long it would take to receive the items. Since they were advertised as Mother's Day gifts on the site, I naturally assumed I'd receive them by Mother's Day. I have yet to receive them. I received a message 4 days ago stating that they had finally shipped. I don't know where this company is located, but the items are shipping from China.

Ordered my wife's Mother's Day gift in the middle of April with standard shipping which was stated as 4-8 business days. Did not receive the gift till almost a week and a half after Mother's Day. The quality of the gift was atrocious with the figurines falling off the stand and breaking the very first time I placed them on it. Literally it's something my wife could have made herself with her Cricut machine! Horrible experience! Will never use them again and will tell everyone I know to never use this website!

It's been 6 weeks since I ordered a Mother's Day gift from them and the it was always "in production" … they refused and refused to refund me for what I paid and said their policy is 50% because of a "restocking fee"… thankfully PayPal helped and I was able to receive the full refund.

Ordering the item worked well, the item was meant to be a mother's day present and was delayed. Once I emailed them regarding the time frame for a delivery, they responded quickly and I even received a link to track the shipping. However the item did not match what was advertised online to a significant degree in my opinion. I have not held/felt the quality of the product, my opinion is just visual for how the flowers look inside the shadow box. My mother also stated that she was not crazy about the white lettering, stating that it was hard to read. There were no spelling errors at least!

Nothing on the website states that production takes OVER a month, otherwise I would not have purchased it. I was repeatedly lied to and promised a discount for the long lead time and constantly told "2 more weeks". Finally the product is in transit and I have no faith that it will turn out like the photos, but hopefully it does
I placed my order on 4/28 as a Mother's Day gift. It is now the almost June and I have yet to receive it. Some Mother's Day gift, huh?!? I'll never order from RoseFeels again.
The idea of the gift was fantastic, however it never showed up. Contacted costumer service and got told wait another week and a month later my mom still never received her mother's day gift.

Also, they arrived well after Mother's Day, despite ordering them weeks in advance and shipping assured me to arrive in advance of the holiday. When I reached out to the company asking for a refund of my $120, they offered me $15. VERY disappointing experience and I highly advise against purchases from this company.
This company customized the art the way they wanted and will not redo it the way I ordered it online. They did their own order of the names and it made it look like my wife wasn't even a part of the family. I spent weeks trying to get it fixed and they said no. Alice was beyond rude and I will never touch this website again. Money down the drain.
