The product was printed... not painted, or cut in wood and glued. It was printed. Why did it take over a month to arrive? The company stated it takes 5 days to produce the product. Ok, and 5-8 business days to deliver. My order was placed on April 25... by the above timelines it should be printed by May 2 and shipped. Even if it took exactly 8 days to ship, it would arrive on May 12. It arrived on May 27. I was very disappointed.

Item looked good. Just as pictured and described. But I wouldn't order again if I knew shipping came from China. The time it took went past the 8 days. So I probably wouldn't do this again

I still have not received my order. I messaged the customer support email numerous times to be told that it is "on the way" and will "be to me shortly". And while it is on the way according to the tracking it has been almost a month. Nowhere on the site did it say EXACTLY how long it would take. I paid extra for standard shipping for no reason because it got sent out a week ago & I still haven't received it.

I received an email stating that my order that was placed on 4/28 was delivered, however I have not received anything. I have made an attempt to reach out but have not received a response. I will not order from this company ever again.

I would never recommend this company to anyone! They guaranteed my order by mother's day and I STILL have not received it or a refund! Complete bull$#*!. Horrible company.

This was an entirely awful experience. I ordered it 4/29/23 with a quotes 4-8 days. I had to email AFTER Mother's Day had passed just to get them to ship without so much of an apology. Sad excuse for a small business.

Received broken product and have sent for refund and I am still waiting

It was for my partner and he loves it. It hasn't come off his wrist.

I ordered a gift for my mom for Mother's Day, which it stated that it would arrive prior to the day and I still have not received it.

Although the products sold are beautiful, the delivery details are very sketchy, it didn't come in time, as well as not being able to follow it. It was a gift so I wanted to make sure they received it, but it wasn't until I heard from the receipant that I knew it was delivered. Needs some work on that.

I ordered two (2) items for Mothers Day only received one of the items. I emailed daily for a week until customer service finally responded that it was missed! What i order two things and one was missed.

Purchased item 2 wks b/f Mother's Day. Item arrived wks after Mother's Day. I didn't have a gift for my mother on Mother's Day. Highly disappointing.

I paid for expedited processing and expedited shipping. Company was impossible to get information from and customer service was horrible. When the product arrived it fell apart in 2 day. They used double sided tape to keep it together and it came apart in the slightly warm weather we were having. I ended up having to fix it myself. This is a terrible company with an extremely poor product. Due to my experience with customer service trying to find out when my product would arrive I did not even bother trying to contact them with the issues of the item falling apart. I will not ever buy anything from this company again.

Horrible experience. Paid for expedited shipping and it was still late. Purchased gift bags and the items didn't even fit in the bags. Design was not even centered on the plate. Very embarrassing to give as a gift.

Order took way to long to be delivered. The purpose for the gift was long gone before I received the package.

My wife liked your product but I thought it was kinda small compared to your videos and it took way too long to be delivered. Didn't know it was coming from China!

I loved the product and overall I had a good experience.
