I paid for Express shipping for what was supposed to be a mother's day present from my son to my mom. I had a trip with my mother the week before mother's day and planned well enough where it should've gotten there in time. It's over a month later - my trip, mother's day and even another trip to my mom later- and I still haven't received it. I've asked for a refund repeatedly and they keep going in circles. I'm so disappointed.
Do not buy from these people.

It was an unexpected late Mother's day gift from my very thoughtful son. The colors are beautiful, graphic wording caused me some emotional tears and unlike real flowers I will always have these. I hung it on the wall, took a picture and sent to my son and a few friends. This is an amazing gift to receive, I love and appreciate it.

I placed my order on April 26th. 5 weeks later and I still haven't received my order. Mother's day was a scramble to find a replacement gift and on top of that, this woman's birthday was 2 weeks later and STILL NO receipt of order. It has been a pretty disappointing month.
The product did arrive later than I thought it would be, but that's okay as long as I got it. However, the product quality is the problem. Once I got it, the frame was coming off so I had to glue the frame together. For spending 60$ + dollars, I would assume this would have been better quality than it was. Over all, this is why I'm giving them 3 out of 5 stars.
I could not be more disappointed in what I received from RoseFeels. The gift was pricy, yet what I received was alarmingly low quality. Also, I paid extra for the gift to be "gift wrapped". The "gift wrapping" was a folded gift bag (no card, ribbon, tissue paper or any other decorations) that is too small for the actual gift. A really really negative experience.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I would give zero stars if I could. They are scammers! I never received a refund for my cancelled order even though I was told I would be getting money back. They had me cancel the dispute with my credit card company assuring me that they would refund my money and never did. Now no one will answer my emails. Do not waste your money!
I have not received my product or a product ship date as of yet. I have reached out multiple times about not receiving a product shipping date or my product and the response has been apologetic but asks for more time with no provided date. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

The products are unique, customizable, and resemble the product photo pretty well. They are decent quality as well. However, they are blatantly lying about the time it will take to arrive to you. So if you're ordering a gift for some event like Mothers Day, you best order it 6 months ahead of time or you will be disappointed to learn that it's coming from China and will take months at best. Don't bother purchasing the expedited or priority shipping because it they will keep the extra money and not deliver on their claim. The priority shipping is most certainly the same as stealing from you as far as I'm concerned. I will add that they responded to every inquiry message I sent, but the interactions did not produce any different results.

I should add that my order finally came. Not to my surprise, it was missing one of the two items I ordered. I contacted them, and they acknowledged it, and claim to have shipped the second item out and provided me a new tracking number. So we will see what happens. After all this I don't know how they could, forget to ship out my full order. I placed this order on May 9.
It came a little late but my mom love it a lot, I recommend it to anybody that's looking at it.

Grandma's garden plate is thin acrylic and low quality.
The layer of the wood pieces is coming apart. The glue (or whatever was used) isn't bonding the wood layers well.
