Item was assembled incorrectly and arrived a week late. The frame was about as cheap as it gets. It fell apart the MOMENT it was opened. Only a glue gun would repair something this bad but I would like a new one. The seller has not replied just yet but it has only been a day.
Pictures made it seem like it would be a glass plate but it was a plastic plate and for the price I was really underwhelmed. My mom was happy but I wasn't sure if it was pity vs actually being happy with it. But I paid for vip and expedited shipping it still took over two weeks to get and was late for Mother's Day even though I bought it a week and a half before. So was the mom happy? Yes. Customer service was very communicative though and for that I am appreciative.
I might know once if item is received. Oreder was placed May1st and still has not been shipped. I did email and was told it is in the works, but it was a mother's day/birthday gift for my mother-in-law so at this point it is a huge let down. I could have ordered the same item from several places. I will be emailing again for another update and if not shipping will have to cancel and re-order from somewhere that might get the gift done.
Zero communication or response until I disputed the charge with PayPal. Then all they did was ask for more time. Finally after 20 business days in production with no shipping eta they agreed to cancel the order.
Absolutely terrible shipping time got in 4 weeks later after I ordered it the product was good but not worth that much money for the time it took to get here.
