Terrible custom service.

I ordered to custom pots. After 3 weeks one was en route the other wasn't even in production. When the one showed up it wasn't correct. I've contacted customer service for over 2 weeks now and they are fighting me on a refund for their error. They first offered 20 percent refund now they want me to pay shipping to send back. I won't pay for their errors.

I was supposed to receive the package around Mother's Day or a few days there after. I ordered at least two weeks in advance. She received the product of approximately a week and a half to two weeks thereafter. It took nearly a month. Unfortunately my mother had no Mother's Day gift as expected.

I paid to have the order delivered before Mother's Day. Mother's Day came and went. I reached out on several occasions but the response was that the vendor was backed up due to all the orders. Received a notification saying that my order was delivered but it was not. I would NEVER order this again. I want my money back.

BE VERY CAUTIOUS!

I ordered this product in April with an expected delivery date "5-9 days" per the checkout screen. It came 58 days later and I had to constantly email back and forth with the company from China. Their response time was terrible. I do NOT recommend this company.

False Advertising

I ordered the product more than a month ago and STILL haven't received what I ordered. It was intended as a Mother's Day gift and Mother's Day was more than two weeks ago. So clearly that did not work out.

If they had told me up front that I wouldn't get it in time, I could have made an informed decision. Instead, I got my whole family to go in on this gift; and come Mother's Day, we had nothing to give our moms. I feel like an idiot.

They shouldn't have advertised for Mother's Day if there was no way for them to produce the product in time for Mother's Day. Or at least they should have warned the customer.

I won't order anything from them ever again.

Poor Shipping Experience

The website said shipping within 4-8 business days. They never mentioned the 9 days it takes for processing. The option for expedited shipping is useless because of the processing time. Satified with the product, but extremely unhappy with the lack of information on how long the process took.

The actual site navigation and purchase of the product was easy. The way the site guided me through the product selections, designs and name additions was excellent.

What I do not feel was clear was the projected delivery date.
I was buying two Mother's day gifts. The only timeframe given to me was a shipping range of 9-15 days. Mother's day was still 2 and half weeks away, I thought I had plenty of time. However, I did not account for manufacturing time or location. Of course it was leading up to Mother's day so I'm sure they were busy, and I later found out they were shipping from China.

I bought two items. The first was shipped 5 days after purchase, the second was shipped 11 days after purchase. Neither made it before Mother's day.

I would like to have seen a projected delivery date, or range of delivery dates. As it is, I don't feel like I was an informed shopper.

As for the products:
The family wood sign was a little underwhelming, and one of my kids names was printed on it twice. I checked the receipt, his name was only entered once. As of this writing, I haven't gotten around to requesting a fix. I feel like I over paid for this, because it looks printed and assembled. Almost like they could have just sent me the pieces and let me put it together.

The keychain looked good, I was happy with the way it turned out.
