When I gave it to her she was in awe because of her birthstone and the fact that it's our names together but also that we both have the same birthstone so it seemed more romantic to her.

I think the items needs to be described more. There were no were no description Options for size, color just a photo. Charged for 4 to 8 day ( as that was one if 3 options given during checkout) delivery took thirty days for the Item to arrive. Customer service didn't even offer a refund for delivery. Asked for a complete refund multiple times. Clearly got ignored on that matter. Kept gettimg email responses asking to wait for the item and relisted delivery options and times that was not stated on website delivery options. Claimed It's running behind which didn't even get told to me in the first place until I asked where my tracking number was. In all this site made me feel like I got scammed with all the run around answers I received. Be mindful of what you order pictures are deceiving.

I had asked about my shipping information. They said the item had a few more days of processing then I would receive the information. The shipping info was never received and the only way I know it was delivered is because the email asking about the quality of the product.
I ordered 2 items almost a month before mothers day and paid for expedited shipping. The website does not include processing time, which in my case was so long I still haven't received one item and the other arrived after the holiday. The quality is not great, I got the pillowcase so far, and the printing is not crisp.
