Surely. We carefully approve all the members to be registered on our website. Our members’ profiles are not confirmed unless we verify their ID and background. Our regional partners make sure that there are no bogus profiles, that the member you look at in the profile pictures is the person you are corresponding with (such profiles have a label “Validated member”).

It is true, our platform is quite expensive. However, we would like to bring your attention to the fact there is no need to pay for a monthly/annual subscription in order to use all the benefits. You only pay for the services you are provided with. You get to choose the services that are of your interest and control your spending on those.

Please accept our apologies, however, you should realize that our company cannot afford to provide services on any other basis than the prepaid one, as we do our best to give the high-quality service to all our customers and a high-level support in any cases you have. We have a lot of people taking care of the customers' issues, whatever they are. So we are always at your service and count on your understanding.

There are a lot of things that you can do absolutely for free on the website. For example, you can easily browse, you can look the photos of other users, you can “like” the users, you can “wink” to the users, you add the users to your following list, you can read the messages that the users send to you without replying on it, you can view the photos of other users that they send you in the chats, you can attach up to ten photos to the each mail (you pay only for the sent mail). Please note that you can do everything mentioned above absolutely for free, without being charged.

Also, we have a bonus program for our loyal customers.

You can continue to use our free membership and there will be no liability for a subscription. Since we have no subscription at all, we don't charge you without your approval. So you receive a unique opportunity to access thousands of the users' profiles absolutely for free, you can view their photos in the profile and photos that they send in chat to you without any credits required. Also, checking your chat box requires no payments at all.

I do share your concerns about the price and there is a reason for such prices that we have. As you have noticed, most of our female customers are “validated” members who confirm their registration with the documents and checked background. We cooperate with our Regional Partners in that process. It really takes a lot of effort and requires a lot of resources.

We would like to inform you, that we do not have any bots on the website. All the members you can see are real people.
We check validated members' profiles carefully. Firstly, in order to register, every member takes a short video of herself / himself holding the ID, stating the current date, and confirming his/her consent for the registration out loud. Secondly, we verify if the information provided in the registration video corresponds to his/her profile info. Our moderators check if it is the same person — both at the video and at the profile picture. Thus, we can assure the person you are talking to is the person you see in the profile. Lastly, we verify if the personal documents member attaches are valid.

If any profile does not meet the requirements of the check-up at any of the abovementioned stages, it gets deactivated.
