Tried the site for a Quit Claim form. Seemed easy enough to input my info... but at the end the form printed wrong (names were in wrong place!) so I couldn't use it. Ended up going to Office Max for a paper form. I cancelled my plan... Then they STILL CHARGED ME. I called to have them refund my money, she said she does show that I cancelled before the week free trial was up, but now I had to send an email stating that I require a refund, with all the details etc. Bad Experience with RocketLawer.

I decided to cancel enrolling within the first week since documents I expected to need weren't necessary. The cancellation had nothing to do with Rocket Lawyer and the one form I was provided was very good. I phoned RocketLawyer today because I forgot my password. My plan is the cheapest plan, $1 per month…After a brief hold the kindest voice was on the line. "Kim" she called herself…I laughed because, I had just visited my mother "Kim." I told Kim my mother's name was Kim and she said her favorite sister was born in September! It was sincerely a match made in heaven. Due to the cache settings on my phone, it took a bit longer for Kim to help resolve my issue, however she possesses The-God-Given-Virtue of Patience. We spoke briefly about the mountains of N. Carolina and the majesty of this great country, it was like chatting with a childhood friend. The most interesting part is I called at almost 5:30pm and you would have thought I was her first call of the day. I was treated with the value of an attorneys assistant…She was a "Birdsong" Kim was a friend to me, and I can only hope to have her be my service representative at every call!

The documents that I have created have been easy to complete and seem very thorough. Although, I have yet to put the to a challenge. The support staff is very helpful, I had my questions and concerns answered easily and the consulting attorney was very knowledgable and helpful.

Very simple very straightforward Karen was A delight she helped me through the process answer all my questions. She took her time to listen to me I had a lot to say I thought I was gonna be charged or have to keep this for life and it. Turns out that you guys. I paid for a year of service - $300 - and created only one contract. Not a great value, but it's what I signed up for. However, they auto-billed me for a second year and did not answer the phone when I tried to cancel the service. They refused to help me over email (said I had to call their CS line).
I called my credit card company and had the charge reversed, but being that Rocketlawyer is, after all, run by lawyers - they got the charge re-instated claiming that having printed one contract I was liable for paying the 2nd year.
Took months to finally resolve, but they did not refund all of my money. I would never use this service again.
The process and resulting quitclaim deed worked very well. Only one minor issue, the grantee was married but his wife was not part of the beneficiary Deed I was quitclaiming. I had to default to the grantee being a single person to make it work. An option should be provided to have an individual grantee who is married and the spouse not included as a beneficiary on the deed.

For me, it was a 7 day temporary membership where I accomplished a lot and then cancelled because I have a lawyer who has done my will etc. For those who do not have a lawyer, you will especially love this. It is easy to follow and to complete. There may be other sites, but you definitely want to try ROCKET LAWYER.
