I have a membership with another legal service, but they charged $259 to process a quitclaim deed. Rocket Lawyer only charged me $40. True, the other service would have done the legwork with recording the deed, but in my small town it's easy. Total charges were $150 (including the deed), so the savings were significant. So glad Rocket Lawyer is available for such things, and the step by step instructions made it very easy to fill out my deed.

I found the site to be easy to use and document very useful. I would highly recommend it for a Florida real estate lease! I was also impressed with the trial period offer as it was easy to discontinue the service within the 7 day time period even when I called on the weekend.

Generally the experience was good. I was able to find and complete the necessary forms, though I experienced some learning curve problems. My biggest concern was that I filled out more information than was printed for me to submit to the county. Subsequently at the recorder's office, I had to complete another form, which, to me, seemed to be the "missing" information. I had to go back and forth between the assessor's office and the recorder's office to clarify and complete the additional form, but I feel confident that the forms are all done and filed properly. I appreciate that I was able to use the free trial and received a confirmation of same.

It was very easy to generate the documents we needed. It took us 15 minutes to generate a state approved POA. We called the next day to cancel and the process took only a couple minutes. There was no hoops to jump through. If we ever need a legal document again I would pay the fee for them to generate it for us. One of the options by phone was to speak with a state authorized attorney for legal advice at no additional cost. That was a really amazing benefit too. I didn't use that service but it's nice to know it's included in the fee.

I was confused when I was given the task of creating an Affidavit {?} for the State of Texas... I Did Not even know What an Affidavit was... I found Rocket Lawyer by Typing --" Affidavit, State of Texas". The Web Site sent me Directly to the Proper Form. The instructions were very simple. The Web Site filled in All of My Information, I was able to Write my Statement. The Web Site Allowed me to print Almost immediately. + was able to Update the statement before I printed.
