My only problem was, I had rewards points and tried to use them but it never showed on the purchase. Went back and read what the result was and it said it would show up on my bill within 24 hours. That didn't happen. Oh well, maybe next time. I did receive everything I ordered... funny thing about the time it took to get from Virginia to California, my friends left New York a day after and arrived 2 days before my package got here.
Excellent price - quality items. I've purchased a set of clubs ($99) and an additional driver (pre-owned $39) + shoes ($49) and balls (30 for $20) this year. For under $200, I have everything I needed to rediscover golf! I'm enjoying all of the purchases and the equipment is great.

Golf shoes came in as expected along with head covers - But personalized golf ball message was very poorly done. Who ever did work should have at least looked at the way the messaged ended up. Kinda of a I Don't Care Type Of Worker Attitude!

Cheapest prices I could find, and from a company that shipped internationally for a reasonable cost. The items arrived by courier, packaged in cardboard and in perfect condition. Will happily use these guys again.
Got Nippon shafts for a great price. Everything came as ordered and in great shape. Rock Bottom uses UPS which is the slowest shipping company. I use USPS and my stuff gets to the east coast in 3 days. Just a thought RBG,
Sent the clubs to them 1 month ago- still awaiting my payment of $192. Dealt with Adam several times- tells me check is in the mail- will let you know when and if it arrives- nothing like the bad taste they give me for this.
I would recommend this website for ordering golfing products. My only con would be the return policy. Wish it had free returns on items like Golf Shoes! Hard to tell if shoes fit well unless you can try them on! Unfortunately mine were too tight but not worth paying the return shipping!

I ordered a set of Irons which i thought were $999 after paying the bill i find out that they were nearly $1600 and on top $270 import tax. It would have been cheaper to buy them here. Feel totally ripped off.
Hi Graham. Yes as stated on our FAQ page all funds are in USD as we are a USA based store. We also state on the shipping page for international orders that we do not cover duties and taxes. Please contact your customs department with the complaint on the fees, that is not something Rock Bottom Golf has any control over.
I used to love RBG and have spend thousands there annually as I am a club builder and host a couple tournaments a year and buy prizes for a good deal at RBG. However, this is all before I met Adam in customer support who decided to lose my business over not honoring free shipping because of a few dollars under the promotional terms that were not very clear. Not to mention I offered to add to my order to meet the minimum for the free shipping and he would still not adjust. Then he thought that it was okay to be smart and tell me the promotional terms in (the small print) were spelled out "very clearly". It's always funny when these jokers think they have the last laugh. Makes no difference to me as there are so many discount golf sites to choose from these days. I gave two stars only because I have had some positive experiences in the past and maybe Adam is just an anomaly...
I just found out that magazine subscriptions are coming through rock bottom golf, via a purchase through them. Be careful, they didn't have my permission to do such a thing.
I bought a set of king cobra oversize irons. The head of the four iron flew off the shaft during a routine swing. It could easily have killed or maimed someone.
They refused to do anything whatsoever to replace the defective club. Rude and horrible customer service. I'll never buy from them again and will spread the word to my many golfing friends.

I am so sorry but we do honor all of the manufacturer warranties however this purchase is well outside the warranty time period allocated by the vendor. This was explained and we also provided you the vendor info if you wished to contact them directly to see if they will assist and extend the warranty for you but our records show this item is well over a year over the time line Cobra has for defect claims. Due to it being so far over the defect warranty allocated time period; we cannot accept it as we abide by the vendor warranties on products. Bought a club that was broken in half when received. Tried contacting customer service via email but got no response the first two times. Finally got a response only to find out it was automated. Unsuccessful when trying to reach anyone by phone. After a few more emails (with pictures) I get a response asking how is it damaged. I knew then that these guys are full of crap. Stay away!

First the good - fast and convenient.
Now the bad - on a 125$ Order, I paid $33 USD in shipping. I was aware of that charge and accepted it. 3 weeks later, I received an invoice from UPS for $42 CND for "duty, entry prep fee ($30.40), bond fee, COD /online fee, etc. Certainly sounds like MORE shipping to me.
Plus - the Monogram initials on the golf balls come off almost instantly - cheap at 1.99 USD so no biggie. Just beware.

This site is not a scam by any means. However, the clubs you will purchase are anywhere from 3 to 6 years old and are hardly in use at any course around since technology in golf is constantly changing.
I placed and order from these guys and had my new Mizuno driver in two days. There was a mix up on the shalf I wanted as it was out of stock but they made it right and I am very pleased with my purchase. Thanks to Jaime with customer service for all the help. Would highly recommend and will definitely buy from again.
I ordered two push carts for golfing and they both came in sooner than anticipated and in good shape. The only bad thing was that there was only one color to choose from when ordering but the site had shown three different colors.
