Don't buy from them. I bought legee d8 and they have pathetic service when my d8 under warranty stopped mopping. They asked me to replace brush rolller but when i order they dont send it and they say we have dispatch issues but when i asked them again they now say this product is out of stock. I am simply stuck as d8 will run out of warranty and they're unable to advise what the real issue and when i can get brush roller.maybe the issues will not get resolved.
Don't waste your energy and buy from them. TOTALLY UNRELIABLE. My issue is running from last 2 months now.

Regarding the Hobot S6. If you have anything other than a perfectly vertical, framed window - such as a glass roof or flat skylight - this will device will not work. Took months to get anyone from customer service to respond. The company does not advertise this limitation but this is, according to their technical team, a deliberate design decision. It is not mentioned on their website and if you buy they will not return it when you discover this.
Do not buy from this company. They do not honour their 12 month warranty. I purchased the Hobot Legee Vacuum Robot, and it failed after 3 months. They took it back for repair, but when it came back, it still did not work. I requested a refund for the failed product. They did not give me a refund. I have wasted $794 on a vacuum that no longer works.
Our S5 moebot broke and after discussion upon email email email we requested a new controller board where upon they invoiced us about $500 NZD and now reply and blocked from their facebook site …. Do not buy from this company
Took over $200 over the advertised purchase price from my credit card. Have not received any product. Have not received any money back. Have raised it as a dispute with my credit card company. Total scam.
This company is a scam - DO not purchase from them. I purchased a poolbot. It stopped working after only 3 months of using it once per week. They replaced it the first time, and then the replacement stopped working after just three months. They will not replace it again and want me to purchase a box suitable to send back a 10kg large product for a repair that will take at least a month. They refuse to refund even though the product doesn't work at all.
Don't buy from this company - they know their products are rubbish. They pray on people giving up on seeking a refund or repair by making it too difficult.
I believe this is a SCAM. Do not know how this company is allowed to continue trading with their false and misleading 'reviews'. The independent reviews do not lie. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS.
They even provide false tracking numbers to buy themselves time - twice i was given tracking numbers that did not exist. Never received replacement or refund despite returning faulty pool cleaner. $1850 out of pocket.

Here is a warning for anyone considering getting a pool cleaner (probably anything) from RobotMyLife.
They are thieves, they take your money, charge you express post, on the assumption that they have the item in stock and do not. In fact they do not supply at all.
After a month of chasing them up, 15 emails, 10 phone calls, (all prompted by the timeframes they kept given me), they give me the same spiel every time that the item is in customs, or the item has just been released from customs and I will have a tracking number in an email to come. That was 2 weeks ago that I was told it was on its way to the warehouse. Now again today Im told it is in customs and will be released in another week. Thats bordering on almost 6 weeks.
The customer service is non existent, and when you do get in contact with someone, its an outsourced company in the Philippines called zohodesk, so you never ever get to actually speak to anyone connected with the company.
I am now having to work through trying to get a refund of my money.
Sadly I only looked up the reviews after this all started to happen...

Update, so pool robot broke down it took 10 weeks for them to accept a return after 8 emails countless phone calls with a cut and past reply, it's been worked on now for 4 weeks with no reply at all to 3 emails requesting what is happening, to get an update, nothing, you can not call them as they do not answer the phone it's a fake company out of China, just don't buy anything, lots of people are having the same problem, I have contacted many, and court action is now happening.
They sell robots with no interest if it goes wrong, they deliberately make it hard so you just give up no service centre in Australia for claiming warranty total scam.
Window cleaner is useless, just moves the dirt around into smears. No customer service despite multiple emails and messages.
Most expensive model, broken after 6 months. Customer service stuffed me around for weeks before sending return slip. Waited through dozens of useless emails updating me that nothing was happening, their repairman only works one day per week, and parts cost them almost as much as a new unit...? More than a month after returning the unit I'm told warranty is void due to water damage, that the manual states not to use it in the rain, which is a lie. Unit kept by company to avoid further investigation.
Six months of issues with 10s of hours spent on emails and trying desperately to contact them with no response. Shipped back for one set of repairs, had it returned months later and it was in worse shape. All response from them has been neglected. If you're thinking about using their product, don't. You're wasting your time and money. The product may work at first but will fail and the staff will let you down.
BUYER BEWARE! Worst customer service ever! I first contacted them in January, only just had the problem sorted in May. I could write an entire essay on this company, but they do not deserve any more of my time. Forget the two year warranty, I don't think that will mean anything if they continue down this path.
Don't waste your money or time with Robot My Life. Pool robots don't work. I sent them video and pictures of the problem. After contacting zip they said to return the robot and they would refund me. It's been over 2 weeks and nothing. Please see attached photos of basket after 90mins in pool.
Sold me a vacuum cleaner that they did not have in stock without telling me. Sent me the station without the vacuum cleaner. When zi cancelled the order charged me to return it and only refunded when I got PayPal involved. They use delaying tactics and are always referring to My Manager when you ask a question. Just a bloody hopeless business.
Disappointed with My Robot Life's Service
I recently placed an order with My Robot Life on May 29th, with order number #*******. However, my experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. Despite multiple follow-ups on my order status, I have not received any satisfactory response or updates.
After the first week, I was informed of a warehouse staff shortage causing a delay in dispatching my order. Following up in the second week, I was told about a stock shortage issue. However, to date, I have not received any further communication or a shipping number for my order.
The lack of transparency and communication from My Robot Life is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect timely updates and a resolution to any issues that may arise. Unfortunately, this has not been the case with My Robot Life.
I urge potential customers to be cautious when dealing with this company, as my experience has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with their service.
Overall, I cannot recommend My Robot Life based on my experience with them. I hope they can improve their communication and customer service to prevent similar issues in the future.
I purchased an S20 about a year ago and it is still going strong. I like it so much i purchased an S10 to complete my mowing. Both work extremely well in all conditions. I would love to see a model with tracks on it as mine is constantly getting bogged. Not the mowers fault. It just gets itself in tight places sometimes and cant get out.
Purchased a window robot the end of 2022, it always had issues including falling off the window.
Contacted support, they said send it back and they would fix it, the was well over 1 month ago.
No contact, ring them, they do not answer the phone, it is like the company does not exist.
You spend hundreds of dollar for NOTHING.

I bought a robot window cleaner from this site. First off. They only have an answering service to talk to when you have issues. The window cleaner no longer works after owning it for three weeks, it is flashing red and won't start. I have sent three emails to the company who have not responded. It is a waste of $350. This is a difficult website to deal with and their response time to sort out a robot that no longer works is appalling.
