I made a fairly expensive purchase and after the automatic message, nothing. Waited a week and a half and sent an email to find out whether the product has been shipped. They replied that the warehouse had told them there were delays, and it would now be shipped next week. Next week comes and goes, nothing, I give it another week and follow up again. Sorry, warehouse issues, it will be shipped this week. Friday after noon a get a notification that the order is complete and has been shipped. I wait the 48 hours for the tracking to update, but there's still no tracking information available from the courier. I wait another week - still nothing. I call robot my life to find out, and without even waiting to check the person on the line says oh yes, there's been a system issue at the courier, but the tracking information will be updated today. At the very end of the day the shipping information is updated, the item was only just picked up from the warehouse. Don't buy from this company, they aren't honest

We have been extremely satisfied with the Pool Bot we purchased. Our pool is vinyl lined and has a safety ledge all around the sides. The Pool Bot has no problems covering every part of the pool and as evidenced by what is collected in the filter-bin collects everything from the bottom and sides. Our pool collects leaves of all shapes and sizes and possum and bird droppings. The Pool Bot cleans for between 90 and 120 minutes,but takes 5 to 6 hours to fully recharge.

I have an 8x4m pool, used to have a corded pool robot that was annoying to setup the cable. This cleans the pool well, picks up all the leaves (we have quite a few and they are not very small), very easy to just throw it in the pool and come back later to pick it up.
I charge it straight after a clean so its ready to go next time, not sure how long the charge takes.
Cannot see an option for a finer filter if you needed that for fine dirt particles.

Avoid this company at all costs. Vacuum broke in the first week and they are refusing to replace. Save yourself the money and shop somewhere where they actually would want to help you

We have had an extremely disappointing experience with Robot My Life. We bought an Ultentic T10 from them at the end of November 2022. Whilst it worked well for the first month or so, it has been nothing but problems since. The unit gets 'lost' and can't find its way back to the base station. It clears the map on the app, and we have to have it do an auto clean, remap the entire house, and then set up the zones again. It has stopped increasing suction when going on the carpet. The LiDAR stopped working, and we were told to repair it ourselves. We now have a motor error. It still works occasionally, but leaves clumps of dust and hair around. It's a lemon. When we asked Robot My Life for a replacement, they told us to send the unit in for repair, which would take 3-4 weeks. One month out of a 12-month warranty for repair is ludicrous. We are extremely sceptical that they will able to repair the unit, as it seems to be problematic from an electronic, LiDAR, app, AND motor perspective. We feel very strongly that the unit should be replaced. Not recommended.

Very happy with the HOBOT 2S window cleaner! I have massive windows and was worried that the power cord wouldn't be long enough and would get tangled! This wasn't the case at all, it was definitely long enough and the swivel action prevented and tangled cords.
For the best results (especially on really dirty windows) you have to let it clean it twice.

Ordered a Poolbot B150 late March, arrived in a few days with no issues, used every few days since, works well in a small plunge pool 4.8m x 2.5m, much better than my previous corded cleaners, easy to use and clean, very happy

Have been using the Poobot for several months now. The initial runs removed a huge amount of algae that we didn't even know was in the pool. The very fine mesh means very fine particles are trapped.
The pool is now sparkling more than it ever has.
I highly recommend the Poolbot.

Best thing I have bought for a long time, the PoolBotB150 cleans all the leaves & seeds from my pool in one charge. Previously we used a scoop net, we don't miss doing that. Great product, it even does up the sides, easy to clean filter.

They are pretty transparent with what they sell. It is not priced as top of the line but the products work effectively, are less expensive than competitors, look the part and (thus far) no breakdowns. I initially purchased the robot vacuum cleaner. It is a ripper for my busy lifestyle. I then got the Moebot 20. And then the pool robot. It came without a power cord and I contacted the company and they expressed the cord to me asap. All good products. Good communication. Happy client.

That's where it started, and after hearing the time saving's they now had, coupled with having small children buying 'Larry' to their 'Moe' was a no brainer for us. Just need another neighbor to buy a 'Curley' and the three stooges can collectively keep grass down!

On a 600m2 block, Larry has no issues keeping the grass down and all I need to do every other week is trim the edge.

Set up took the same time as it would have for me to mow both the front and back yard. It was easy to follow the instructions and simple to set up the app.

The app, is simple though. However, that doesn't effect the performance on this mighty machine!

My kids love that Larry works away, and I'm appreciative that dont have to keep the lawn down for the kids to enjoy the back yard.

Do yourself a favor and snap one of these up and save yourself a few hours a fortnight!

After publishing my reviews, the Managing Director called me, apologised, and arranged for a new Hobot Legee D7 to be shipped to us. I really appreciate the gesture and it has gone a long way to restoring my faith in the product and the company. Well done and many thanks!

We bought a Hobot Legee D7 for our small three-bedroom house with all tiles, no stairs. The vacuum cleaner and filter were cleaned daily and well maintained.

The vacuum cleaner performed very well during the first six months after the purchase from Robot My Life, and we were so impressed. Unfortunately, it then started to behave increasingly erratic, and we suspected it had to do with the Lidar.

Long story short, after two months of the worst customer service we have ever experienced, we cannot recommend the Hobot Legee D7 or Robot My Life.

Purchased a window robot the end of 2022, it always had issues including falling off the window.
Contacted support, they said send it back and they would fix it, the was well over 1 month ago.
No contact, ring them, they do not answer the phone, it is like the company does not exist.
You spend hundreds of dollar for NOTHING.
Avoid these people

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I have purchased 2 MoeBots- the company's after sales service is horrendous. They won't return emails or calls for weeks. They won't return your gear after they service if for over 6 weeks because they are so disorganised. No apologies and zero customer care on equipment in their care. Shocking company to deal with. Buy a reputable brand like Husqvarna or similar.

I bought a robot window cleaner from this site. First off. They only have an answering service to talk to when you have issues. The window cleaner no longer works after owning it for three weeks, it is flashing red and won't start. I have sent three emails to the company who have not responded. It is a waste of $350. This is a difficult website to deal with and their response time to sort out a robot that no longer works is appalling.
