I ordered robux one time for a relative to build on Roblox, using my credit card. When I checked my credit account there were additional charges. I couldn't find out where to delete the card. I emailed them and got a reply stating that they do not keep credit card information & that it has to be entered each time. He said he was able to just click "buy" and a popup let him know the payment went through, so it did save the credit card information & he didn't have access to my card. A relative had a similar experience. She found a couple hundred in charges on her account before she realized it and she called to complain, thought her account was hacked, but they said they couldn't do anything. I think they need better security and safer payment methods. Parents need to be aware the app is allowing more charges than were initially authorized, whether the kids are clicking buy or it's hacked. Roblox needs to stand behind what they say and fix these issues.

Secondly there is a history of online daters who date on roblox, in which they don't care about. If their so called "Report Abuse" button worked, then there would not be a petition to remove a single individual user on roblox. That user is DJMykal, the creator of Club Tesla on roblox. He has been exposed on youtube to be one of those unholy things. Yet, if you look him up on google, he is still here. Roblox obviously profits from things like this? When they have people who online date on roblox, those online daters will want to buy items inorder to look not so "newbie" or more attractive. This helps roblox profit. As a parent and guardian of two children who plays on Roblox, I highly recommend avoiding this game at all means. They will not handle your situation in time, professionally, and they will just read off their script on customer service. Their virtual items are too expensive and you might be scammed on that game by malicious users. From what I have heard, they also have the mannerism to terminate you in the most unfair way. Watch out parents! This game is anything but safe.

EDIT: Roblox will also side with these pedophiles. When you try to look their infamous online daters up on roblox. For example DJMykal, he will not appear on the search. Only a google search will find him. I have confirmed this with another user.

This game is quite boring. I haven't seen new games come anywhere near the front page in months. If you want to find a new game you will have to constantly click buttons and maybe you can find one. The community sucks. Lots of toxic players, Online daters and overall idiots. You HAVE to pay tons of real-life money to look any different from the standard character. About 80% of the people you find in games never speak and just plain do nothing. I can keep going like this for awhile, But i'll end it here.

Groomers
Stalkers and hackers.
There are many bad people. My account got stolen and i paid over 500 usd for builder club. Waste of money, and constantly getting hacked.
Terrible game

Blown away by this game. The community is better than any other community to exist, fighting off the bad in the virtual worlds. There's a lot of games to play, with monitored chats. Yes, you can talk to strangers, but the chat is monitored more for kids 13 and under. This helps the child to grow older and understand what they need to avoid before they come across it. Reporting has FINALLY been listened to, so the game is safe for your children. Amazing way to kill time.

My daughter lost a very valuable item through the Roblox Official Trading System. When we contacted Roblox they refused to investigate the problem. It took my daughter 2 years to save the items she lost. My children have had multiple problem playing Roblox over the past few years including spammers and pornographic games on the Roblox site. It is a very unsafe platform for children and Roblox offer extremely poor moderation and customers services.

Hello homies and whatever this review is...
First of all, and not flirt of all! The report system is broken! Just like all other games the report system never works!
Here is an example of how the report system works.

Step 1. Report is sent.

Step 2. Report reaches the moderators...

Step 3. Report is ignored instantly because the moderators are bots and they cant read the report and decide whether to ban the player or not because they ain't got no brain.

Another problem... Everyth- No i'm just going to talk about random things.

Roblox is full of cringy people calling eachother kids when they are kids themselves. You can barely even chat in the game.
When you try to say this in chat:
"Can I have one?"

It pops up as "Can I have ####"

Just like:
"I have two of those ReadyPlayerOne keys"
Pops up as
"I have ### of those ############## keys"
In the chat!

I mean we all know about roblox by now, In my opinion it's a game for ether children or adults that have nothing better to do. I mean i've played this game and i liked this game for a long time but after awhile it just got really weird i mean just look at the games that you could play, most of them are ether online dating, or games that make everyone cringe. Also it's nice to know that people can cheat there way in that game because who wouldn't want to play that game right?

Roblox used to be fun. But now what?

The players call other people noobs. The players hack a lot and cheat. These players online date.

What is Roblox? An Online Dating game? A hacking game? A bullying game?

There are many bad things about this game.

As I have stated above, I don't like these players.

The next thing I don't like is expensive things. They even removed Tix! No wonder the creators really need money right now...

When you join Roblox, you have a noob character. You look so ugly that in fact, players will call you noob, ugly person, and other insults.

The only way to change this is to change your character. You require Robux to do this sadly.

That is evil.

How about Minecraft? They allow you to make your own character for free!

Also, people in Minecraft don't bully people with a noob character.

Although Roblox is free, it allows hackers, online daters, and bullies to play.

I mean, seriously? When your character dies, it breaks. Looks violent. Imagine a real-life person being ripped to pieces.

Next, the games are made by all types of players. There are Gun games, OD games, Horror games, and hacker games.
