Your account is not safe even with a 2 way sign in authorization! Contacting Roblox is a Joke! Playing email tag is not how I want to spend my day/ weekend trying to get my daughters account back. Y'all need to make your software more secure and have an easier way of getting ahold of someone to get this taken care of ASAP. Some people spend a lot of money on your $#*! to have to put up with stupid $#*! hackers! Not everybody has "proof of purchase" or whatever it is you want for verification. My daughter just wants her account back. We have tried the reset through email like 50 times and the phone reset doesn't even send her a message. Very dissatisfied. Would have given 0 stars if possible

Roblox caused my amazing kids to turn into druggies, all they do is talk about dr*gs and they are spoiled. All they do is complain about rabux. "rabax" (which is their currency) promotes gambling and scamming to these kids.

So it started on the 31st of november 2020. Thats when i started to get into roblox. As a 40-yr-old man, it was definitely entertaining. Especially since my daughter in law stopped doin dancin lessons. Anyway, i decided to spend my pension money on some robux so i can change my avatar so i can find a hot babe. But, after i bought the 10 thousand robux my account was banned prmantly and now i cant get my 100 dollars back. I called the suppot team and they said i was bannd bcus i was too old to be playin roblox. I hare this stupd website and app. Also., i do not agree with the terms of service. They are unlawful and unfair! Is should be able to find a young, primitive girlfirend on roblox as a 40-yr0old man. I ahte ujou toblox/.

Absolute trash servers only got bad ping when playing this game, administration is totally $#*!ed censoring unnecessary stuff

Roblox support doesn't even help you. When I got locked out of my account, they said they needed proof and I gave them the email and the username and even asked if they wanted the password to my account. I sended an from my email to them too. But in the end, they said: We're sorry but we're unable to provide you with any further information or response regarding this inquiry.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! I bought robux for my account to customize my character and over time I began to notice items I purchased were being deleted. I didn't say anything at first, until I noticed that basically everything I bought ended up being removed and they do not reimburse nor replace items either! Not to mention that they took at least 3 of my daughter accounts (she had to keep making new ones due to her account being repeatedly hacked) after she spent hundreds in robux! Poor baby still wants to waste her money on robux smh! I wouldn't spend another dime on this game! No wonder I was skeptical to begin with! Customer service is no help, bold face liars, and very inconsiderate! Be weary about spending money on this game!

Its nice and clean sure some people say bad words but that the internet also I don't care if I can't afford robux some parents say its bad because it has weapons or blood and gore but again its the internet idk why a lot of parents hate it you rarely see a parent that like Roblox but its the world

I had over $250 of charges on my credit card over 2 days for Roblox charges through my Apple account. Before that happened I had deleted my credit card form my 10 year old grand child's Roblox account, her Apple account, and everything else on her tablet. It still went through. They may say it is not saved, but it is. I closed my credit card account, then they deleted my grand child's Roblox account. They would not refund all of the money that she had put on the web site from hundreds of gift cards over a period of time. She lost everything she had on the web site. Roblox is nothing more than a rip off account. I will never use my credit card again for any online game. It will be Gift Cards Only

I was banned for something completely out of my control I was looking at admin guis in there Roblox studio toolbox and found something but the script had something against there terms which I did not know because the buttons names never hinted anything like that and I got banned for just for clicking on the button to execute it which froze my game something that could have been avoided if they took the time to remove stuff like that in there own tool box but they rather ban every clueless person who uses it and customer service won't even look at the script them self

ROBLOX used to be a magical place where friends can play together and just be happy. Now its just not the same. There people doing extremely inappropriate things and making inappropriate games. ROBLOX is also planning on making the game more adult like because some adults were saying that the game was to childish. Some of the classic fun games from back then don't get many visits anymore. There are hackers and exploiters. There are also stereotypes like Slenders, Trolls, C&P and a bunch more. Its quite sad that this is happening. I want the old ROBLOX back where everything was ok and everyone was happy. I hope people agree that this is a huge issue in the community and i hope we can fix it one day. But for now we just have to watch the community suffer and have patience. You can help to by ignoring all the bad trends on Tik Tok so they wont think its popular anymore and stop doing it. You can also report their roblox accounts so roblox can delete them. Meep City is the worst place for this behavior and ROBLOX is doing nothing about is because they make money off of that game and don't want to lose the money so they just ignore them. Sorry if my review was a little long. I hope this spreads awareness to the roblox community and hopefully we can save ROBLOX!

This so called "game" is impossible to play. Getting disconnected is an expected occurrence. Roblox used to actually be a good game. Now it's utter trash. So many unoriginal games and straight up copies of games outside of the platform. One of the worst games currently. Full of hackers and bullies, and also full of developers who don't do anything to fix these problems. Honestly pathetic. Not recommended if you are looking for an enjoyable gaming experience.

The game is amazing its really fun but there's a lot of bad stuff on it Roblox has a system where the bad words in the chat get filtered but people use * and^ to cover the bad words but its still obvious what they are trying to say and a lot of people online date there's a curtsey emote and people get in front of each other and it looks like they're kissing one time i saw a guy in front of a girl doing the curtsey emote and the girl was doing the shy emote it was gross and then I left the game and people also make fun of how people dress up theres these players that dress up as goths and they're called slenders people make a lot of games called "favourite if you hate slenders" "or "kill the slenders" and they get a lot of support and they call the people with default outfits "bacons' (beacuse their hair looks like bacon and kawaii characters "barbies" i took a screen shot playing that game but i cant show beacuse it wont let me show screenshots and also to top all of that off roblox doesent care about they're players when I was trying to get my alt account back I messaged them I was so excited to get my account back and then they blocked my email and and I've seen a lot reviews complaining about robux which is an in game currency that you can only get from spending real life money or competing in a give away with tons of people and the game is so TOXIC I BECAME ADDICTED TO THE GAME AND FOR GOT TO SPELL SIMPLE WORDS my sister has an account and probably gonna delete it
