Purchased robux for my 9yo son. Never received. Contacted them. They gave me instructions to tap the purchase again but don't press confirm. Followed there instructions and got charged again as there was no confirmation. There dodgy instructions tricked me into buying nothing twice. Asked for a refund but instead of giving me a refund they just send another dodgy set of instructions saying uninstall and start again. Nope didn't work. Never again. Now I need to cancel my sons subscription because I will not deal with rip offs. Down money and 1 upset son. Thanks roblox you such balls.

I missed when Roblox was a game for many people to enjoy, just playing survive the disasters and zombies. But that is all gone. Now there are bots everywhere. This place has lost its charm, and it has problems with caring for the people in the community, online daters are just horrible. Online dating has caused danger for many children on the site. Due to it looking blocky and colorful, children think it's a game for them. But it's bait.
Just. Please. Return to your old ways Roblox. Please...

Roblox support doesn't even help you. When I got locked out of my account, they said they needed proof and I gave them the email and the username and even asked if they wanted the password to my account. I sended an from my email to them too. But in the end, they said: We're sorry but we're unable to provide you with any further information or response regarding this inquiry.

I've been playing this game since I was 12. I got banned recently because I fired back at a troll saying homophobic stuff and he reported me. I sent in an appeal the same day I found the ban and none of the answers given to me by the automatic responses were helpful. I doubt they will actually respond because of how crappy their customer service and moderation system is. They are very picky choosey with who they ban and what they ban you for. They won't ban a user for a documented cyber bullying incident WITH EVIDENCE AND RECEIPTS but they'll ban you for defending yourself against a homophobe and you just happened to say a goofy insult to them that just so happened to violate their policies? Ridiculous. Let's be real, every video game platform geared toward kids is going to have inappropriate material on it. That's just how the internet is, unfortunately. Do better, Roblox. This site is too nostalgic for me to just give it up, but I'm getting there. Minecraft is better anyways.

Very poor customer service you only get automated responses. Recently I purchased robux but I didn't receive it and when I raised the issue they gave me a run around response to contact google they haven't received the payment and when I contacted google it was the same told to contact roblox despite me providing receipt of payment to google for the purchase of robux till now I haven't received my purchase or refund. If there was a zero for the rating I would give them and I wouldn't recommend roblox to parents or anyone.

So I was getting bullied right? This is in 'don't press the button' Btw. Anyway I was getting bullied so I snap back. But for some reason I get banned. The grl was like: You suck u and ur friend better get out of here, then she starts hash tagging, so I like report her then the next minute! Bam I'M BANNED! 0/5 experience. (I have done and said way worse, but I get banned for THIS!)

My son got banned. After playing the game for over 5 years. He invested his money into it. The couldn't give a detailed explanation as to why he was banned and refused to reinstate his account and give him a warning

The games on Roblox are unoriginal, you either have games that are exactly the same of another game off Roblox or developers who do not know how to make a proper game where games are not enjoyable as any players can ruin the game as long as they please.
Roblox allows developers to make money from unoriginal ideas.

Moderators are unprofessional. They may falsely ban people if they do not like you or if you haven't broken the TOS, also doing anything out of Roblox can get you banned even though it states that they are not responsible for anything that happens outside of Roblox. Few years ago, they removed the feature of having to not need an email to register which made a lot of people create alt accounts, Roblox stated that they cannot handle a lot of accounts yet they make ridiculous decisions.

It's a decent platform however the moderators are the problem. And the game developers on the site are egoistic, they think they are better than everyone because they made a game.

I give this game a 2 out of stars, because it's not fun to play anymore. They are also are bad at moderating games/ players. I am sUPER sick of scams going on the website. Its also expensive. People are bullying noobs. Please fix this game. And Im NOT coming back to this game never again. I am sick of tired of this,

To me, these prices for Robux are reasonable. To me, $100 for 10,000 Robux makes sense, since almost all of the game passes on Roblox are at least below 500. This also makes the $10 for 800 or 1000 reasonable. Refunding might not be easy, but it is possible.

The games that kids play on this platform are fraught with scams and cheats and Roblox continues to take no responsibility for their action sayin, "reach out to the developer". When Roblox takes the parents money for Robux and kids (my daughter is 9) who use them gets scammed, that is Roblox's responsibility to make sure children are not taken advantage of. They hide behind their "terms of use" which states that we agree not to take them to court when we purchase the Robux. Let it be known that Roblox allows this kind of behavior and will not remedy anything.

I was playing a game right this dumb a## game on roblox named blox fruit was taking all my fruits and and robux.I paid for a fruit on this dumb a$@ game and took it back and kick me off. Me Personally thinks that roblox is dumb. People be on the game and be joking around about Give it us a really good fruit like dragon and then leaving the game me personally I think this game can make a kid feel type of way and k$@ Themselves.

I agree with Kyle T. Roblox is a safe, easy to use website that has a high level of imagination. Smaller kids can just play games that people have made, and older kids can chat in the games with peers or make their own levels to share in the community. The only reason this site does not get a ten is because it's download file is so virus-ridden that it crashes your computer half the time you download it. I've seeen numerous complaints about the download file on their wiki. I've noticed another problem the file has is that after downloading it, the file becomes embbeded into your computer and is a nucience to get rid of. Overall, I give this site an 8.5

This game is really great, the customer service is not horrible as I was able to get my old account back which did not have an email connected. As well as that, roblox is monetized, yes but free users can play roblox as well. It is a bit sad that TIX and guests were removed, and lots of things that have happened, like scam bots, filter, broken gears that makes the game feel bad. But at the same time, roblox has done good, like Make A Wish for numerous people, and making R15, which makes roblox more realistic but still blocky.
Rthro honestly isn't that terrible, but it can break numerous games.

It is generally a good game.

The people using this game platform( This includes the youtubers), they are not that bad. Some people just put scare stories on the internet. Games are really good, which means that you are usually with other people (99.******* percent of the time not a hacker or online rapist) are usually playing with you.

I've had roblox since 2016 and it has changed my life so significantly btw my username on roblox is cloudslicer7 when i got it in 2016 the website was simpler but alot of fun roblox has gotten me through alot of tough times and i honestly think it is one of the best games ever theres so many fun games like piggy and arsenal and is kid friendly for almost every single game if you are debating if you should get roblox you should it is such a fun and great game
