From order to delivery I was extremely pleased. The website purchase area is a little clunky - so it took a little extra time but, well worth it. The staff was friendly and very helpful and after the system accepted my information everything was EXCELLENT. I verified my order up-front and the feedback was fast and efficient. Communication was excellent and I was able to track my package along the way. Once it arrived - I put my new super telephoto (Nikon 200mm-400mm f/4.0 VRII) lens through its paces - it was and continues to be an outstanding purchase - I really wanted this lens; but, the new prices were absolutely out-of-reach. Going through this site - I was able to get what I needed at a fantastic price! Five stars just aren't enough to express my gratitude... thank you!

I bought the d300s on a youtube recommendation from 4 years ago and even though I could have bought the d7100 for the same money, I Have no regrets. This is a pro-grade crop sensor and very good, very fast and easy to use. I talked to Corey, Leah and one other person there and they were helpful and easy to work with on this purchase. My budget is tight but they didn't make me feel like I was wrong for buying an older style camera. They just wanted to help.

I looked everywhere for the FUJI XT3 and only Roberts had what I needed. The staff was very friendly when I called them from out of state requesting info. I highly recommend this place over several of the other big camera stores whom are less than helpful when you have questions.
This is the second time I have ordered used gear from Roberts Camera and it's the second time I have been blown away by the service. My order arrived quickly, within two days, free of any shipping charge, packaged properly in a highly cushioned box. I open it and the lens I ordered was spotlessly clean, works like new and looks practically new. I can now say, after two orders, that I have full confidence in your rating system. "Excellent" truly means Excellent. If it were not for one tiny scratch on the black paint of this hard-to-find 50mm f/1.2 Nikkor lens, it would be hard to distinguish from a brand new product! Top that off with the price -- $25 to $50 lower than anyone else's -- and I am a happy camper.

The Think Tank 15" My 2nd Brain was out of stock in most places. Not only did Roberts have it, but they had it at a great price. I have a bunch of Think Tanks products and they're all terrific. The item was shipped quickly. As usual, no issues in dealing with Roberts Camera. That's why I'm a returning customer.

Roberts rated the Fujifilm 23mm f1.4 used condition lower than it actual is. That was a pleasant surprise. Roberts also gives six or twelve month warranties on most used camera bodies and lenses puts them ahead of other online retailers that sell used kit. My lens came with a 1year warranty. Finally, the order was processed and shipped the same day.
I am a long time customer of Roberts Camera, Used Photographic Pro department, and have total confidence in their grading and evaluation of the used photo equipment. I have purchased a used Canon EOS system, P&S cameras, numerous Canon flashes, and have never had a problem with any these devices. I trust them without question.
I'm very happy with my purchase. The delivery time was good and the lens was packaged properly and securely. The lens, a Sigma 17-50mm f/2.8 is as described and in my opinion even better than described. Bonus...it was 40 to 50 dollars cheaper than Adorama, and B&H. UsedPhotoPro has a permanent home in my bookmark bar.
I'm pleased with my purchase of a fair condition D700 - wish the shipping was free though as it is for all other conditions. It's great to have. Photos of the product to help decide on buying a lower priced camera that might be a bit rough looking!
