Ordered my new roaster from Roastmasters and some beans. There was a glitch with the order, but Roastmasters took care of it immediately. I am very impressed with their selection of green beans and their very fast delivery. I requested natural process beans in the 5 free pounds that come with the roaster purchase and they very kindly obliged. This company is a keeper!

BAD customer service
December 31, 2020

Called them 3x and got no phone call back
I wrote to the company and got no response back for a few days (they told me they were busy)
I drove down and could not talk to anyone at the company. They share a website with a coffee company, spoke to those running the shop but they had no information about Roastmasters.
Terrible customer service

Your site was so easy to navigate and I was able to find the Chemex coffee maker for a college graduation gift for a graduate that LOVES this brand and no one else had one... even the manufacturer was sold out! Thank you for making our gift one his favorites!

Awesome Machine

Just received my coffee roaster, roasted 5 lbs today, worked great, I lost one roast because I didn't pay attention to the safety feature installed on this machine, my error, I roasted a lb at a time and had no problems.

Horrible customer service
December 16, 2020

Roastmaster rep promised to ship product next day after purchase over phone. Two days later still not shipped. Turned out they couldn't record (or look up) a zip code correctly. After much frustration and poor vendor communication order was canceled. When inquiring as to why UPS was indicating was not shipped, got a return email indicating they were waiting for me to confirm (again) the correct zip. Simply not worth the hassle in dealing with a vendor that can not or is unwilling to meet commitments.
