Called them 3x and got no phone call back
I wrote to the company and got no response back for a few days (they told me they were busy)
I drove down and could not talk to anyone at the company. They share a website with a coffee company, spoke to those running the shop but they had no information about Roastmasters.
Terrible customer service

Products used:
shipping took over 10 days. I live in the same state
