Wasn't going to do this but not happy. It's a mercedes and had grease footprints all over inside the front and back interior and grease fingerprints all over the in terror. Brought it at dusk and was making feel like I was wasting his time doing the walk around. And walk out in the morning to was it and see why he rushed me. Had bummed another car and messed up my bumper. I put a brand new on on 2 day before it got shipped and pained to to truck tire blow out. Was ferouse. But ya it got here over it and not using them again..

The driver was scheduled to pickup the car on Saturday, he did not call and pickup the car until Sunday. There is no way to communicate with the Carrier on weekend regarding any issues.
The customer service people were great at giving me a good estimated shipping time.

It was quick and easy for the pickup of my car the delivery was so fast that I had to have a friend accept my car. When I got to Virginia I noticed my windshield was cracked I tried many times to get a hold of the company and I even sent an email with the pictures they asked for and I never got contacted back for it. I gave up and decided to just pay the replacement of my windshield.

The online process was very straightforward and easy. The sales rep I spoke with gave me very different information from the dispatcher. He made promises that were not kept on the shipping nor the receiving end.
No way to edit. Made a mistake on car year (2006) but couldn't change it.

Door to door service does not mean door to door service if the driver does not want to come to your house. Thus, you may have to meet the driver somewhere else.
Answer: Via the website it was pretty easy and they called once. But, when giving updates, they didn't call as promised and just emailed.
Answer: There are many shipping brokers and definitely do your research. I've shipped over 12 times and this has been the absolute worse experience I've ever had.
