This service looks to completely abuse a person with poor credit. A loan will be made, but they sneak in a "dealer fee" of $2000 (yes, two grand!) that most dealers will NOT want to pay, and tell you that if you want to buy the car, you'll have to front that cost as well as the down payment you were planning on paying.
