I never bought from the store and a rite aid I really just went to get my prescriptions but they are always nice they always have my prescriptions time when they need to be done there before they need to be done and the pharmacist in the pharmacist ignitions are always nice and even the guy out front that works at the counter in the store part of it is really nice so and the right at I go to is the one in Northern Cambria on bigler avenue in Pennsylvania. I really like it and everything works great
A manager uses vulgar language at a custermer then gets pisst because his mother heard all the nasty. Then she refused to ring him up as well as the second cashier. This is were I get my medication he was there as a medical worker,that manager crossed the line when you use f u an kma. I said that's trash I tried to reach someone, but the girl said there's nothing u can do im the manager!

I switched to the rite aid in Clifton Park after the Walgreens had closed down across the street. I must say this is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. I am unsure why they even ask for a pickup time or suggest one because it is NEVER done in time even when requested pickup is hrs later. I can submit a request at 8 am to be picked up at 2 pm and it won't be done until 5pm or later!
And yesterday I had a pharmacist I have never delt with before at this pharmacy become extremely rude and disgustingly disrespectful over a mistake THEY made! A note was supposed to be left at the pharmacy when the Dr had called for the refill and the pharmacist who had talked to the Dr never did or it was "misplaced" and instead of letting me explain the pharmacist(as I had said Ive never delt with her before) was extremely rude and spoke to me very disgustingly. When I asked her if she saw what was going on as a problem she rudely said to me "no actually I really don't, I'm not the pharmacist your Dr talked to I am the pharmacist who is on right now and who makes the discussions"
After this months refills are filled I will no longer be using Rite aid pharmacy for prescriptions or any of my other needs either! Between scripts never being filled when they should be even when on automatic refill I end up still having to call them because you can submit it yourself because there is no option to click on it because it should have been automatically filled and the way I was treated yesterday by whomever this new pharmacist or the fill in was Rite aid pharmacy will now be a no go for myself and my families needs!

Interviewed. Got offered a job pending DM approval. Heard nothing for a week. Called twice. Was told to wait until I was called. Then an email came saying I was removed from the candidate pool because they were unable to contact me. A few months went by and I got a request to submit an application for a different store with a different position. I was told to respond back once I've submitted my application so they could get me in for an interview. So I did. No response. I googled the store to get a phone number and Google says the store is permanently closed. Honestly they should just close them all down. On the customer side of things the stores are a mess. Empty shelves, expired products, thefts gone wild and zero customer service.
IT MAKES NO DIFFERENCE WHAT TIME YOU CALL, ESPECIALLY THURSDAY -SUNDAY,,ITS ALWAYS THEY'RE ASSISTING OTHER CUSTOMERS.I GET THERE MAYBE 8 MINUTES AWAY NOBODY IN THE LINE,,MY RX WAS CALLED IN DAYS AGO AND STILL HAVE TO HAVE 15,20 MINUTES!;;
I called the pharmacy for 2 days to see if my father's prescription was ready. I was on hold for 44 minutes then got hung up on when the phone was finally answered. Called back and was on hold for over 30 minutes, same thing. He will be switching pharmacies. Rude people when you finally do get through. Very frustrating. No wonder rite aids across the world are closing.

Horrible, didn't have my medicine in stock,then when they did it was the wrong one. They gave me the one I'm allergic to? They're too busy and concerned about their lunch break from 1:30-2:00. Ignore everyone waiting till they're done chatting. Very young and inexperienced.Store is empty,I wonder why,? Please straighten that out. Mature professions needed there..

A doctor calls in a prescription for me and the pharmacy tells me they cannot give me the prescription. I am not getting oxi or medical Marijuana so what gives them the right? The doctor has seen me and he decided this was the best course of action. Who the hell do they think they are?

I am a frequent shopper at rite aid, i have spent a lot of money towards stuff there, never have I ever been so disgusted and disappointment. A women who ive known for as long as I have been shopping there accused my daughter of trying to steal. My daughter is oblivious to what shoplifting even is. She said that the women had been staring at them for 5 minutes while smoking outside. Then walked in and told them "don't even think about taking anything" I am so upset.
Website is useless. Confusing. Wrong dates. Doesn't process renewals unless you try 10 times Get busy signal when you call! Scripts never filled on time or just at randomly times and it's always customer's fault. They act like you work for them and they're doing you a favor doing THEIR job.

My local Rite-Aid at 17th & Chestnut is filthy and the shelves are never stocked. I've taken videos (too large to upload) of how poor the conditions are; and called (twice) to "Rite Aid corporate" who promised me a return call "within 2 days". That was 16 days ago! To add insult to inquiry, almost every time I visit the store, someone is "helping themselves" to merchandise. If Rite Aid doesn't care, shame on them!
First, we got the wrong product. There was no return label in the box so I had to call customer service. Returned product the next day and had tracking of being received at Rite Aid. Called CS 3 times and got the run-around on when I'll get a refund. Last cs rep said it will take a month to refund the money. So, they charge your card as soon as you place the order but then take an interest free loan from their customer by not refunding the money for a whole month! That is so unacceptable. I notified my bank about this practice. I'll also let all my friends, relatives, work mates, and my church members know about it. Will never shop at Rite Aid again! Would give -star if possible.

Either they don't have the medication I need which takes me to another TOWN completely! Sent our granddaughter to pick the med up after the first pharmacy said it would be ready and she arrived and they refused saying it was too early. Last med was on 9/8, today is 9/9! No one stated it was too early and that is over 30 days so it should be ok to fill. When I attempted to call before she left, they would not pick up their phones! I called and kept calling and no one would pick up. This is the LAST time we will use rite aid!
About 30 mins after our granddaughter got home I received a text my med was ready. I was not happy but drove and hour again to go and pick it up! Will NEVER use them again!
We just relocated to this area and in the process of enrolling our 6 yr old daughter into school, we needed to get her a few shots. One was a MMR (for short).
We are currently not on a medical insurance plan and RITE AID wanted to charge us $1,000. Dollars for this shot!
Luckily we were able to go to a Cou ty hospital for assistance! I will never do business with this company and hope others follow suit!
This company has to be one of the worst companies. We have a lease with this company and without notification they stopped paying the lease and no one in the company returns your calls. I highly recommend not doing business with this company they're the most unprofessional company I have ever seen.
Surgeon called in prescription for pain meds before I left hospital. Hour drive from hospital to Rite Aid. When we arrived, Pharmacist didn't have ready and wouldn't give it to us. Said we had to come back tomorrow. Why couldn't they have contacted me or dr office if product wasn't available? We need pain meds most after surgery. Will NEVER use Rite Aid again.

Danielle Martinsen is the most horrible employee ever. She doesn't know how to conduct herself. She is pathetic and has zero morales. She doesn't know a thing about running a Human Resources department. She's nightmare with broken teeth.
Visited Rite Aid in Paradise, California. Made a purchase but the sales prices didn't ring correctly. Clerk 'cancelled' my credit card transaction and re-rang the items with correct pricing. Credit card shows charged 2x for same items. Called Rite Aid 800 customer service 3 times now. Local manager is tasked with handling the refund. They just can't manage to perform this simple task. Such a waste of time but I want my money back. No store card, other option. Credit the card you charged - simple.

Whenever you need a refill...they say NOT ON STOCK. Days after ordering my insulin, I went to pick it up. They said it was never filled because they were having trouble getting it. I N E V E R hot a call from these morons..
So I drive 1.5 hours to get my Mother's medication. I get there and they are closed. I call the location a few miles away to see if I can pick up there instead. I was placed on a brief 15 minute hold. I hung up before they came back on the line. That place could be on fire and if I had to use the bathroom I would risk kidney damage before I helped put it out. I hope this was helpful. Picture is of nothing because that's exactly what I got. What a complete waste.

I began this review earlier—pushed the "done" button before completing. I had switched ALL my prescriptions from a Wal-mart from Springfield, Oregon to the Rite Aud in Florence. It took almost a month to simply transfer my five prescriptions. Unbelievable. I made an appt. For my COVID booster vaccine October 9th, 2023 which I accidentally missed. So I rescheduled for Nov. 9th, 2023 at 7:00 pm (same today/time a month later. I walked in to Rite Aid at the correct time, finally! To my absolute surprise, the pharmacy tech couldn't find my name on the schedule. I showed her a photo of my appointment tday/time. She denied my appointment as there was "another lady who HAD the confirmation email for HER vaccine. I took a photo of my appointment so I wouldn't miss it! I had to walk out with no vaccine. I had waited two months! So, good bye, Rite Aid! You deserve the lack of business and a shut down! I'm switching back to Walmart! Also, I've needed my Albuterol inhaler for a week and a half. I contacted Rite Aid to refill. They indicated there were no refills; they would contact my provider. A week and a half later, no message; no inhaler. I had to go buy a Primatene Mist inhaler to breathe! Thanks for all your (lack of) assistance. Breathing is a necessary thing—it truly is a thing! Sorry. Rite aid. If there was a negative number I could give a rating, I would do by so! Good bye!

I spent over $250 for my first grandchild’s baby shower. There was a good selection. I was thrilled. But things went awry later…not from the Springfield, Oregon Rite Aid, but the Rite Aid in Florence, Oregon, which was right across the a street from my boyfriend’s house. I thought it was going to be perfect. Not!!!

You can call 3 days before you run out of a med and it still won't be ready. My doctor called an acute med in on a friday and it wasn't filled until sunday. Unacceptable. They tried to charge me twice for my blood pressure medicine. This is neglegent patient care. I've worked in the medical field 28 years and never seen anything like it. I had to wait 3 1/2 days for my Cymbalta which made me very sick, I gave 2 days notice on my refill. The staff hate their jobs and the parents. Needless to saytoday I switched pharmacies. This pharmacy is going to kill someone
My doctor sent over a prescription of just ten pills to hold me over until my mail order. They told me they were filling the prescription & I could pick it up the next morning. Actually the pharmacy had to order the pills. After the weekend I received a text telling me that the pills would be arriving the next day on a truck. Meanwhile I am very low on pills. The whole experience is horrible & I still don't know if I will receive the pills before my mail order arrives
2865 Elmwood Ave in Buffalo, NY has some of the rudest employees. I went in to pick up some medicine for my daughter and the sales associate who took care of us was rude not only to me but to my child as well. Telling me I should have left my kid at home if she's sick instead of dragging her in with me, mind you we just left the doctors office. People like her should not work in customer service. Dawn Manzella should probably find a different job.
