Riot Games

I asked them to delete my account and they have all the information provided yet they want me to formally right it out. There automatic deletion doesn't work and the employees do not even want to help by looking it up in addition to the already information provided I'm not writing a formal report for YOUR company I just want my account gone. Would give no stars if I could.

This Riot doesn't care about players concerns. I'm a fan and have been playing their games for 10 years now and all I have gotten from them is frustration now. No wonder a lot of players play no more because of their sh$#$ty ideas and updates without getting a survey from players. Go to hell Riot.

Recently had an experience with customer service regarding league of legends that was not resolved. My account was unable to be restored after getting transferred to a different backup email (not one of my emails but someone who had my information).

My daughter began playing this game a few months ago. She plays probably a few times on the weekend, anyways today on labor day she was flooded by 3 different players wishing rape on her. She got suspended for reporting the players while the other 3 players wishing rape on her didn't receive a single penalty. As a father i don't feel comfortable with rape comments towards my underage daughter and i don't think any person with a brain would think that's acceptable. Anyways we uninstalled league of legends since it seems to be run by riot games a pro rape company to minors.

-childish algoritm for MMR
-they're just focusing on the skins just to make some money leaving behind the rest of the game just cuz they are poor
-lot of people are quitting due to bad service
-i suggest to make a smurf and sell it or just for have more fun since you will not find some in game
-don't install

Matchmaking is awful in this game. The reason being is because they have winners que and losers que. Matchmaking tries to keep you at a 50% winrate. Instead of upping your elo to do this, they decide to throw you into games where you are 90% predicted to lose or win the game. Ever won multiple games in a row to then go on a massive lose streak? That's why. They don't care about your experience or if you have fun.

Im playing this game since 2011 and i can say that for 10+ years they didnt touch the matchmaking system, its so terrible, most of the time enemies are boosted, or just smurfing. Terrible, please sell the game to another company

They do everything possible for you to commit in something really interesting game modes (urf, arena) and then they switch it off for you to wait again 3,6 or 12 months. I played this game since session 2. Toxic people all around, players, developers, support. When you see what they do with game its insane there are still tournaments around this game. Sponsors of profi e-sports leagues should leave this game, because this game developer it the worst world and players have ever experienced. Hope something bad happen to people doing these strategic decisions in this company. Spreading love to all except riot developer decision makers.

People are constantly banned for small banter. In what competitive environment where you're allowed to communicate with the opposition can you justify banning players for arguing. That doubles when considering how it's a team game. It's ridiculous considering how big this company is. The support system is just the tip of the iceberg of the problems with this game developer.

Eventually I did receive my item, however it was over TWO months, after my initial order and over ONE month after they said that it had been shipped. When I contacted their customer service, multiple times, the person never bothered to read my issue and lied outright, as to the status of my order.
I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Fix league of legends. This company can't even balance league champions correctly. I was playing Asol, after he was nerfed and got destroyed by the opposing team, why? Because for one thing, I can't fight in melee range, my auto doesn't do that much damage and my only hope is to use my q but I need to do that from a distance. On top of that, you nerfed him and made melee characters more vulnerable to killing him without any problems. Fix the $#*!ing game.

Overall this game overall is bad; although it may deceiving in the content it is horrible. This game has taken and stolen my time because you need some serious time dedication in this game. Along side time, the bans are inhumane. For getting banned at someone else's fault when you wish to defend yourself. However, there are zero chat bans, zero warnings. So if you want to play this game DO NOT waste your money on this game. They don't refund your money and they don't refund anything. I would recommend some off-brand game of this over than this because this game steals your money and time. Then they take it away! Pls take this into consideration and think again before installing this game

This company continues to allow consistent afk, trolling + feeding while banning toxic behavior for calling your teammates out. I've had 3 accounts banned losing 100s of dollars invested into champions and skins. In competitive play, there is no punishment when someone sits in base or afks farms because you banned their off meta champion choice. Any flame is given a ban from beta male virgins at riot who consistently refuse to discipline the other. Get your crap together and invest in customer support... Or for God sakes an actual competent staff that understands that game and how ranked is understaffed with any understanding bots to view such suspensions for losing games on purpose.
