I have been working with Rachel Wiley at Arbor Landing and she has been so informative. I have many questions and she has all the answers to them to my satisfaction. The home is clean, rooms are spacious whether one or two bedrooms units. No wasted space. Residence seemed healthy and happy and Rachel knew all that I encountered. Plenty of activities available and personal care is available. At this point Arbor Landing, Ridge Care is at the top of my list.
We contacted them to inquire about their assisted living services and our email went unanswered. A couple of emails later, someone got back to us after a few weeks. The delay was too much.
Most of the nurses and staff seem overwork all the time. They can afford to hire more people, and they should do that.
