The purchase process (Nikon D500) I made on the website Rhinocamera, went very well. The material I bought was in perfect condition - they were professional. So what I can say is that they were Top!

A experiência da compra foi bastante fácil e o preço muito bom.
Desde a procura até ao pagamento foi uma experiência bastante simples e rápida.
O envio foi sem problemas e a entrega mesmo neste tempo de pandemia foi dentro do expectado.

When I received my order I noted that it the case was missing. After claimed to Rhinocarema they immediately sent it to me, and now everything is ok.

Completamente satisfeito com a encomenda efectuada. Óptimo acondicionamento do produto e fiabilidade quanto à origem do mesmo.

Não fiquei satisfeita quanto ao tempo de entrega, pois efectuei o pedido e paguei taxe de urgência para chegar mais depressa, no entanto chegou 3 semanas mais tarde do que aquilo que era esperado. Além disso, telefonei para o apoio ao cliente e não fui bem tratada, o senhor que me atendeu foi super arrogante.
Obtive informação através da DHL e disseram-me que a encomenda tinha saído de Oxford apenas um dia antes da mesma ter chegado a Portugal, o que significa que não procederam ao envio no tempo que seria esperado.
Preços competitivos, sim, mas muito mau serviço quanto ao prazo de entrega e apoio ao cliente.

As encomendas demoram mais um pouco que o normal do que em outras empresas. No geral fiquei satisfeito.

First time with RhinoCamera, everything went according to what's stated on Rhino site and in a very short time. Completely satisfied with the service.

Em relação a camera a entrega foi muito rapida
a mochila não veio na mesma altura e demorou um pouco mais
agora já tenho tudo.
A comunicação e o tracking da encomenda poderia ser melhorada

I have paid the express delivery to ensure that the product arrive in 2 or 3 days maximum and the product arrive only 10 days after....

That extra money should be returned to us!

A big downside is the lack of specifications for the products, would be better to not have to search for this online but instead find detail specs with camera and lenses

Fiquei surpreendido com a rapidez da entrega, preços e qualidade do material. Quando voltar a adquirir material fotográfico é a primeira loja que vou ter em linha de conta.

A factura não tem numero de contribuinte do vendedor nem do comprador e a o meu banco cobrou-me uma taxa de conversão relacionada com esta transacção.

Muita dificuldade para fazer o pagamento por transferência bancária e atendimento lento do suporte, sem falar no problema com a língua no telefone que só falava inglês.

The costumer service is the worst ever!!!!!

I bought the item Monday paying extra shipment costs for it to arrive Thursday.

In their website they "talk" about it, something like "Secure express mail"!!!!!

On Wednesday, with no information so far, I asked where was the item and if it will arrive Thursday and they said Yes, it will arrive.

Thursday I receveid an email saying it was not possible to deliver the item on Thursday and it will only arrive next Wednesday!!!!?!!!

If that was told to me the first time, I will buy the item in other store because I needed it for the weekend!

After talking to them, they told me the money I paid for extra shipment costs will be returned.... so far it did not!!!! Still waiting!!!!

The worst costumer service ever, they were not correct and did a terrible job!!!

One last thing that show bad intentions:

After buying the item, immediately recevied an invite to rate the store!!!

Of course everything is good when we buy in a good price, the problem is costumer service!!

I only imagine if I ever need costumer service for a warranty!!!!

Em geral fiquei muito satisfeito com a minha primeira experiência com a rhinocamera, no entanto não recebi nenhuma fatura da compra nem o certificado de garantia dos 3 anos como anunciado.

Não recebi fatura/recibo junto com a máquina. Após contacto recebi por mail um documento com indicação do valor mas não uma fatura tradicional que não sei se servirá junto da assistência técnica oficial.

Great prices. Take a litle time for the order to arrive. The papers from the delivery company do not bring our name on it, gets complicated to be deliveary to the right people. In general I recomend to shop on this site very easy and great variety of articles.

Simple, but with error in the introduction of the address in the website. Contacted the vendor but still the package came with partial address, luckily DHL called me. Got the package in a week. There was no receipt in the package so probably no warranty... Everything else was fine!

É a minha primeira compra, por isso ainda não tenho experiência, no entanto, o feedback de outros utilizadores é positivo.
