I have been buying from Rex Art for years when I first started collecting art. I purchased a number of art portfolios that over time, turned out to be horrible and a very poor product design. Right before I came to the conclusion that there are better alternatives, I spent over $100 on refill pages from Rex Art. I realized I will never use them and contacted them 30 days after their return time. They are still in the package, never have been opened and I was willing to pay return shipping and a 15% restock fee. They would not take them back. They didn't realize I am also an artist and going forward, they lost a SUBSTANTIAL amount of money in lost purchases I will never make from them. What short-sighted bozos!

I was ordering a lot of materials on this site. They always deliver quickly and prices are good. I'm currently working on a big project and I need a lot of things. Also, custom made canvases is a reason I order here. I can't get them at a local store. This is my life saver.

Bought a sketchbook and a few brushes for my sister, she loves art, draws all the time, now she has new art supplies she really wanted, thanks for fast shipping!

A very great place to shop for any kind of art supply with good quality. They take exactly the amount of time they say for the delivery.

They have almost everything related to arts. Ordered some paint brushes from them which are not easily available on other sites. Good quality.

For my artwork, I usually required a custom-sized wood panel. So, bought one of them from rex art and I am so surprised with the quality which they provided. Received the product in well packed manner.
On time service. Overall great experience.

My husband is a painter and builds all of his canvases. He relies on RexArt exclusively to source his canvas due to the excellent quality and price and prompt shipment. We placed an order for a large roll of 54" canvas online. Marshall in customer service immediately called us to let us know the manufacturer was way behind due to COVID closures. He worked with us to find an interim solution of a smaller roll to allow my husband to start on two new large commissions. We received it within 5 days of placing our original order and now have enough to tide us over until the large roll is produced. We really appreciate the prompt contact and explanation of the delay and the offer of various options to make sure we were happy. We definitely are very happy with RexArt and will order again with confidence.

I purchased a pack of 6 Fredrix archival canvas boards. Payment was taken by the international sister site globalshopex.com but no tracking number given. A week went by and I emailed globalshopex.com to ask what has happened but no response. I eventually emailed RexArt who stated the item was discontinued and I need to contact Globalshopex. Well, globalshopex are not responding but they have my money so I have requested a refund if they cannot fulfil the order but I have no response. Very poor customer service.
