This review is not about the product itself but about the service level. I purchased a Cardo Pack Talk Black which appears to be an awesome find but I'm here to review the outstanding customer service that I received as well as the fast and free shipping. I called to ask an agent a question before I made the purchase and an agent promptly answered the phone and quickly answered my question. Also, before the call was ended she also informed me of where I could get help on the installation. I can't fail to mention the fact that RevZilla may be one of the quickest shippers that I've ever dealt with... that's why RevZilla is my first stop when I'm buying.

Had to return expensive items because they did not fit (my fault). I had even removed tags before returning (again, my fault). Returns were accepted quickly and a got a full refund.

I had shopped here but it has been a few years. On site shopping seems to have been limited due to supply shortages and I get that. Was worth the wait for the stuff to come in but some of the info did not seem to be captured with initial orders though the store staff were able to find the info for me.
Ordered all parts needed to make Schuberth helmet new again. All parts were in stock, and arrived within 10 days. I had ordered 1 item in the wrong size, contacted Revzilla, explained the situation and they expedited the correct part.

I ordered an open box item at a very fair price. The parts where sent timely, however, the main part of the kit was not included in the shipment. I called and Jo Jo immediately instructed me on what to do in order to get my complete order. Within 2 days my order was corrected and readied for shipment. It took 2 days because I could not get to ups for one of those days.

This may not be Revzilla's fault, order some tires after several weeks waiting there was notice saying FedEx could not deliver them. No reason given. Maybe Rezilla should consider other providers.
