Ordered 2 windscreen Givi for Suzuki 400 Burgman, Puig for W800 Kawasaki. Givi matched up perfectly turned scooter into mini Gold Wing fantastic! Puig universal product instruction kinda vague not difficult, results less buffering and increased comfort on highway. Rezilla's description of products were accurate both arrived in timely manner and expertly packed 10's across the board for both shipments.
Ordered an item and realised it was the wrong item about 30 minutes later. Tried to cancel order. Sent an email immediately. No response. 6 days later item was sent! Emailed to try and stop order. No assistance. Will not order from here again. European orders never an issue to Australia. If you cancel in Europe, immediate response and reversal occurs. Cost to return item prohibitive.

I wanted Conti Road Attack tires for my Moto Guzzi and it was easy to get the proper sizes shipped right to my door with Revzilla. The reduced price for mounting and balance at the local cycle gear is another incentive to get tires here.
The tire search is wonky. When I tried listing the tire and sizes I wanted it showed N/A, but when I listed each separately they came up. This is not the first time that I couldn't find or get to something I knew you carried. Hope you develop a more user friendly search function, or just list everything through google so they can find it for me.

My MC broke down while on vacation. Revzilla had the part I needed and shipped it asap so the shop could fix my bike. Ordered Tues 4pm, part was in Rutland VT by late Thursday.

I ordered a 2 piece racing suit and then returned it to get a different size. Revzilla says it's a no hassle return which I suppose gives me expectations. Their return process is pretty simple but there's no return label until you print it out at your expense. Revzilla is apparently the biggest and best which is why they have great availability of products but I would expect the most modern interactions. To add to this they don't accept dual payment methods. So, to use the method of payment I wanted to I had to use Affirm. There was no way I could use 2 methods of payment otherwise. Mild complaints, sure, but I'm just expecting the biggest retailer to also be the best along with the others but it seems a bit too basic. Can't take multipayment methods at time of purchase (even with customer support on the phone) and perhaps the return policy is similar to other motorcycle apparel but with shoe companies I believe you get free returns, or even eyeware, it encourages you to order even if you have doubts. How else am I to try on a race suit? Go to a dealer? Yuck. Overall excellent products and glad to order through them.
I was suprised to find that even after calling customer service there is no option to use 2 payment methods. Therefore I went through the AFFIRM route and will just pay it off. Not a big deal but this is for luxury purchases through a HUGE company, they should make the process as flexible as possible. Very friendly staff though.
