I ordered two tires for my bike, they were shipped via UPS separately and I received them very quickly. And then ordered a Cardio Pro headset, it was shipped USPS but unfortunately, it took me weeks to get it. I realize this was the fault of USPS, not Riela, so it's a five-star overall! Maybe just try not to use USPS, they are horrible when shipping to Hawaii
Ordered Alpinestar pants and hip protectors. Delivery was fast but unfortunately it was the wrong pants. They sent Dianesse pants with no tags and shoved an Alpinestar tag and booklet in the back pocket. Many questions. Why did the pants have no tag even though they were the wrong brand. Why was an Alpinestar tag and booklet shoved in the back pocket? I can understand a mistake but this is wrong on many levels. This was intentional and unethical. I immediately filled out the form for my return the same day the package was received and will be shipping it back asap. I would like an explanation from Revzilla.

I ordered a helmet I thought was a modular helmet and contacted customer service and she was very helpful and professional. I was looking at another helmet and she confirmed that it was a modular helmet and I returned the the helmet and when they received it my money was refunded and I placed the order for the module helmet and I was very pleased. I received the helmet in two days that was outstanding.

I started with an order online that, once I checked out, I realized I was eligible for a discount. Called the customer service but they were unable to give me that discount because the order was already processed. The customer service talked me into their reward program to expedite their shipping. Then I subsequently bought a Dynojet for my Harley. The early order showed up on time but the Dynojet took a week to receive even though they claim two day shipping. Dynojet is not working correctly and they have limited support thru Revzilla. Overall, it seems like a decent parts store but has been a hit or miss thus far.
It was the wrong park so I shipped it back and I'm waiting for my refund.

Revzilla does their best to resolve any issues you might have! I think my only suggestion is that maybe I can have an easier time to see where I can put "delivery instructions" I had a neighbor accidentally get my package, which thankfully he gave to me. But other than that I've never really had any problems with them! Overall im happy with them
