There's legit nothing bad I could say, I bought the wrong helmet and within a day I was able to ship it back out, now just waiting on the slow carrier to get it there for a refund, which I'm sure won't take more than the 24 hours they quoted me.

No issues navigating the web-site, the shipping was very prompt. Will use again.

I ordered parts - 4 items total, 2 of each. They shipped 4 separate packages on 4 different days. 2 of them shipped very late.

The shipping emails showed the price I paid for 2, but a Qty of 1 on the first two shipments, making it look like a mistake in the order. So I contacted Revzilla support, telling them that I ordered 2 of that item, and that they only shipped me 1, and sending them a screenshot. I received no response, and this was a week or two ago.

Eventually I got shipping notifications for the last two items (which were each duplicates of the first two items,) indicating that separate companies were shipping them. It took almost 3 weeks for the last item to arrive, and 2 weeks from the time the shipping label was created.

Hopefully they are the right parts.

Ordering was easy, shipping was fast. The Denali brackets fit perfectly on my ST1300. You can fit almost any fog light or driving light kit on this bracket. I'm very happy with the brackets and how sturdy they are, I highly recommend them.

Ordered a product on a Thursday evening with the hope that it would be fulfilled Friday and shipped that day. When selecting a shipping service I choose "next day" with the assumption that it would be delivered Saturday, time was a crucial factor hence why I paid the extra money when selecting the shipping service. I got a shipping confirmation on Friday and was stoked until I viewed the tracking info and it showed expected delivery on Monday. So I feel a bit mislead that it wasn't a true next day delivery and there's no clear information stating deliveries wouldn't happen on Saturday.

Or perhaps the label was created Friday but it really didn't hit the mail stream until Saturday? If this were the case seems a bit misleading if you're gonna send out tracking info but not send out the item that day… Either way I wouldn't spend your money on the next day delivery option of timing is critical.

I choose Revzilla because of the next day delivery option so I'll probably do more research before pulling the trigger next time.

If you are looking to research motorcycle gear online, RevZilla is great. A large number of their products have reviews and info to help compare options. The prices are fine and, since motorcycle gear is so expensive, you'll almost always get free shipping. I'm docking two stars because of a sale ad that I felt was misleading at best. They were running a special where you spend x-amount and get a coupon for a future purchase. The ad explicitly said no restrictions. I called to modify my order but the sales rep said the brand I purchased didn't qualify. He directed me to a general page that listed brands they state they are not allowed to offer specials on. When I went through the sale links on my own, I could not find the same information. Again, the main ad said there were no restrictions. But when you click the link to take advantage of the sale it says restrictions apply and lists some brands and has another link for a "full list" of restrictions. Even the "full list" of restrictions didn't list the brand I purchased. I emailed RevZilla about it but never heard anything. I like the site and would purchase again, they seem like one of the best places to get moto gear. But their specials are lacking because they exclude a huge number of products and aren't clear about it.
