Typically a great experience and expect it to be even better now that I'm a Preferred Member. Though after signing up and placing my 1st order as a Preferred Member shipping is supposed to be 2 day, placed order on a Sunday night and didn't receive it till four days later. Not off to a great start but we'll see in the future if it gets better.

Great site for helmets! Other sites don't tell you helmet shape! I even communicated with a new helmet mfg and told them they need to provide that info! It's important to me because I have a round head and most helmets are made for intermediate oval which squeeze my ears so hard I about ripped them off just trying one on and even went up 2 sizes to find out. This helmet fits me great and I did go up one size from my measurements! Fits nice and snug. I installed my cardio system and will take first ride with it today!

Yes it's easy to use site. The tire was a little older inventory than I hoped for manufactured in 2022 however it's replacing a 22 year old tire. Other than that nit picked issue everything was great.

This is not the first time I have ordered from them and for sure won't be the last, I needed a airbag vest as I finally decided I need that extra protection while not only racing or track days but riding what little street I do. Revzilla had the vest I wanted in stock, in my size and at a amazing price. I know there will be more things I need soon and will 100% buy again from here

I checked the vehicle fitment on your website and the ad which both promised it would fit my make and model. It did not and your label said "once opened you cannot return for a refund for credit in your store. I'm stuck with something that I cannot use

I ordered the Schuberth C3 PRO helmet, it is the best helmet I have ever had. I usually go for budget helmets, but this shows why good helmets cost what they do. Service was fast and accurate, as usual. I just wish some of the brighter art work helmets were available for my fat head; matt black gets a bit boring!

Great customer service only one issue was the tires I bought the rear tire was dated 2022 and I received it in 2025. Customer service said that should not be an issue with the way they store them, customer service also gave me $40 in store credit but I would think you would only sell up to date tires. The brake parts are just what I needed.

Great price on overnight shipping I was nervous about buying helmets without being in the store to try them on. Not a problem purchased two one for my wife one for me. And the me helmet we just too tight. Zachery came shinning through! Sent the next size up helmet right out with a nice e mail let me know if this fits? And I will send a return shipping label out for the other one that does not fits

Shipping speeds and pricing are competitive. Almost always has the parts that I am looking for. I do always check other sites for specific items and still very often order them from Revilla.

Easy to find what I wanted. Great price and the first responder discount is appreciated. Unfortunately the seat I purchased fit the bike but didn't fit me so I had to return it. Samantha made the return process so fast and easy I could not have been more pleased. I was really disappointed the seat was not comfortable for me. But it was pretty expensive and being able to get a full refund without jumping through a bunch of hoops saved the shopping experience.

Easy website, competitive pricing. All good, ordered my klockworks windshield on a Saturday if I'm not mistaken and on Monday It was delivered. I don't think I ever had anything delivered that fast. Very very impressed.

The product purchase was a mistake as I ended up paying an outrageous price for such a simple product tool. Revzilla is great if you're in the states. Otherwise, not so great as price goes. Duties, tariffs or exchange not helping one bit

Easy! Nice to see videos describing product! Customer service was fast at responding to my emails. Shipping was fast and tracking was easy to use. Will be picking up a leather jacket soon been hard to chose with all the decisions to choose from.

Lots of options, a decent amount of reviews to judge if a product worth while. There are a couple of bothersome things about the website. When looking for parts and inputing bike specs, if the mouse cursor so much as touches the menu tabs the whole screen changes to the menu, and after looking at a part then looking for a different part the site doesn't automatically have my bike info selected and have to select it all over again. Shipping was great, my package arrived 4 days before the scheduled delivery date.

Waited a long time for a helmet to come in stock only to receive a defective one. Sure they are letting me return it but they don't have the helmet for another few weeks so I'm SOL on that. They offered a small credit but I'm probably going with a different retailer.

I wanted a new battery for my'22 BMW R1250RS. The original battery is still working, but it's got a few years on it and I wanted a spare on standby. My new battery is sitting on my shelf, waiting for when I need it. Sorry I can't say how this new battery works, because I haven't set it up and used it yet. But based on previous experience with Yuasa batteries of this model, confidence is high. The purchase went well. Delivery was on time. Basically, I got great all around service, which is why I buy from Revzilla.
