Yoour service has always been good. I was looking or a gortex riding jacket and found one in your open box section. It was a large. Add said they run a bit small. I can often wear a medium so thought/hoped it would work. Unfortunately, it didn't. The Jacket was way too small for me, even as a large. So small I couldn't get it on and zipped,

There was a glitch in the system that caused my order to never get shipped out. The guys at RevZilla reached out to me and made things right. They got my order on the next truck and gave me some store credit.

There was a shipping issue. It was corrected easily

Order bearings that said front/rear they were correct for front but wrong for rear🤷

I paid 20$ for "2 day" shipping on a Thursday and didn't get my order till the next week on Thursday. It didn't actually ship out until the day before it arrived, so thanks for that

I know they may not be AS protective as some of my other gear BUT I don't fear thesecoming down or off if I'm sliding down the road like the baggier pants I've gotten at other places sorry me about. They aren't crazy hot/thick, but other colors would be nice because as a Florida girly. These black items are killing me lol. They aren't super stretchy and it's always hard to find pants that fit nicely so it was difficult to get over my butt tbh but after a couple wears we are gravy train. I would definitely buy again, it's the first gear I've purchased that I don't think I look like a boy in😂 5'2 130 and I got a size 4 ( I'll try to add photos eventually to help)

I ordered tires and tubes from Revzilla and they were delivered on time, as promised.

I ordered a part and it's missing the required hardware to install it.
I call support and I am treated like an idiot and asked if the parts on the bike are supposed to be used, it was not. Send the pictures that clearly show it's supposed to have more parts.
I call back and get treated just as bad.
I don't think I will be ordering from here again

Product was shipped promptly. I actually used this on a 2019 XSR900. With a mild trimming of the plastic tank strap, it fit quite easily. It does raise the handle bars a it.

I found the exact items what I was looking for with the same or better price than Amazon. Shipping was free and very fast. I had previously emailed about a specific part number and they responded quickly with detailed information even though they didn't have it in stock.

I ordered from Revzilla due to previous account and ease of experience, however I found out later that I could have saved significantly just at my local auto supply store for some of the very same items.

When my bike wasn't listed in the fitment details online, they confirmed that the item I wanted would fit.

I was told the item would fit. It wasn't even close. I had to pay to return the item. That will give me pause next time I think of ordering from this company.
