I ordered my husband a size Large going off his last helmet but it was too small. I call customer service and spoke with a gentleman that informed me of the return process. It was a pretty easy process after that. The hardest part was getting to FedEx to send it off.

Always receive great service. Ordered a pair of the drystar shoes and the draw strings are not the best. Also they are very tight if you have a wider foot. They could also make the velcro a little longer, I am not able to close it once i have them on

I don't know why I've spent so much damned money on those other seat-men saddles. You can feel the difference immediately. No need to convince myself the seat needs to break in, this one is ready to go and shaped way more naturally than the other seat-men saddles.
