Long story short, I screwed up my original order (wrong shipping address), so called Revzilla and the rep cancelled for me so I could correctly reorder. Also, my Zilla cash went away so he researched it and made sure I could use it on my purchase. I've bought a lot of gear through Revzilla and will continue.

I have never had a worse online shopping experience than with RevZilla. I placed two separate orders, and both were a disaster from start to finish.
1. Billing Issues – For both orders, the amount charged to my credit card was miscalculated. I had to spend time and effort just to get them to acknowledge the issue.
2. Shipping Nightmares – Both orders had shipping issues and were lost in transit. Despite multiple follow-ups, I got nowhere. A month has passed, and I am still dealing with their so-called "customer support" daily, just trying to get a proper resolution.
3. Customer Service is Useless – The support team is slow, unhelpful, and frustrating to deal with. Every day, I have to repeat the same complaints, and yet, nothing gets properly resolved.
At this point, I regret ever ordering from them. If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay away from RevZilla.

Reading through the reviews was helpful in picking the right size. I am 5'4" and 140lbs and have a hard time finding a nice fitting pair of riding pants but these fit great! I picked up the size 8 and with the stretch, they fit even with an underlayer underneath. Additionally, they look like normal pants, even with the armor pieces in on the knees and hips. Looking forward to riding in these.
Ordered a batter and some new LED turn signals for the front and back. Very easy to install. My past were delivered faster than I anticipated.

Took two weeks for delivery but it was a FedEx issue not RevZilla. We all know FedEx is horrible and they should stop using them. RevZilla was quick to apologize and even gave me a credit which is appreciated.
