Shipping was delayed so I didnt get to break in the shoes before my msf, and the boots came with a pamphlet that talked about all the things they dont protect you from which is EVERYTHING. So cool that on Revzilla that wasnt really shown

I ordered things and receive things. I just didn't receive things as fast as I should have according to FedEx. My shipment was on their truck, in my city, for three days before they were able to deliver it. It's not like I haven't received items from FedEx before, I received my tire that I ordered after 2 days I ordered these items 2 days before I receive these items. It's not being delivered at my house. It's being delivered to a UPS store. Where they had from 9 o'clock in the morning till 6:30 at night to deliver it, but on the prior two days before it was delivered, it went back to the courier station by 2 o'clock in the afternoon. Needless to say, I don't like FedEx.

Super simple and easy to find what i wanted, checkout and wrap up my order, a great process and shopping experience.

I got a new tire for my Talaria x3 and it got to my door in about 2-3 days after ordering. I am definitely satisfied with the tire I got, especially for the price I paid. I'll be a returning client!

I like my motorcycle boots. I like the fact that they don't look like boots but tennis shoes and the price was really good but the customer service through whoever does their emails with shipping. They are so funny and it really does make you look forward to your product coming in.

Much less expensive than other name brand pants like Rev'It. Pants fit well and have good protection features. I'm happy with them and would buy them again.

I was stuck on the side of the road with a blown out front tire. I ordered a new tire and had it shipped to the shop for repair. The original tire was lost in transit and could not be replaced until an investigation was complete which was taking more than 5 -7 business days. The staff at Revzilla was able to help replace the tire and get it shipped to me quickly after complications with communication between Fed ex and Revzilla so i could get back on the road after losing valuable travel time. The Revzilla staff were friendly and able to help even during the frustrations being experienced by me. Thank you for the great resolution.

The service at Revzilla in general has been declining steadily over the last few years. Things never ship or arrive on time. You used to place an order, and within a few days the products would be at your door. Now things seemed to be dropped shipped from smaller business all over, and lead times are unpredictable at best.

I've spent thousands at revzilla over the years, and when possible my money will be going elsewhere now.

Had to return jacket. After following the sizing chart, ordered a XL. There was no way it would fit. Even with the liner removed. Returned and ordered a 2XL. A little ticked that I had to pay the return shipping after I followed the sizing chart. These run smaller, go bigger.
