Love revzilla great site and great products love the helmet I recently bought great price and love the fact it has ece certification and not just dot as I'm not a big fan of dot helmets only and everything I have gotten from them over the last few years have been great
The order had 2 items that go together. The website showed they were both available for shipping within 24-48 hrs. They were split into 2 shipments via 2 different carriers. 1st delivery arrived but the 2nd hit every vague delay possible with various ETA's & no ETA until it arrived 2 1/2 weeks later in a crushed box & delivered to the wrong address. I had to go find it down the street once I got the delivery notice.

Ordered tires. Promised they would ship in 3-5 business days. Then a full week later, they said maybe this week. Well, I'm in week 2 and they haven't shipped, don't substantively respond to calls... they just say stuff will ship someday. JOKE internet middleman company.
Revzilla, you order, they stay in touch, they are very responsive if you have concerns. I really do not know what they can do better.
