I've been impressed every time I interact with Revzilla and Cycle Gear. As a new rider it makes a huge difference to have local and online support that give me tools and resources to really dive into riding. I also love all the YouTube content and coverage. My experience jumping into riding would look much different without Revzilla.

10/10 will come back to order more and hopefully fedex doesn't delay as much now but it was a great experience i love my nexx helmet

I tried to apply my 10% first order discount and had issues with it so I decided to order an air filter which I needed urgently immediately and decided to call afterwards to get the Klim Outback jacket and pants. I was sure a reputable business like yours would understand and apply the first or a discount to my plan purchase.
To my surprise, the customer representative said he will not apply to discount to the order. Therefore, I decided that the air filter order would be the first and last order I place with Revzilla.

I was ordering new EBC brake pads for my Yamaha FJR1300 and your website has a picture of a package of 4 pads for the front and 2 for the back, This is WRONG. The FJR requires 4 pads FOR EACH DISK on the front. Does anybody ever check these things or do you even care. I ordered the other 4 pads from someone else by the way.

On 4/19/25 I ordered a pulse generator for 2010 Honda Goldwing that was "in stock". So I added that to my cart. I wanted to purchase a gasket along with it but it was out of stock, no biggie, ordered from Partzilla. Went to check out, did all the steps, said 1-5 business day, cool. Placed order, status went to order received, 2 days later status went to order processed. At this time I noticed shipping said 1-2 weeks. Thinking to myself how if item was "in stock". So I called, spoke to a representative named Kimberly, super nice, not her fault. She said they are waiting for pulse generator to be shipped to them from another vendor than it would be shipped to me. Why show an item in stock to than have to wait for it. I could have just ordered it all through Partzilla with gasket, which I know now I should have done. Guess what, gasket arrived today. Guess I am accustomed to how Amazon ships. Think a company like this would have this figured out. First time buyer, not a great experience.

Have a jacket that has cheap armor in it, so I put icon d 30 in there, fit perfectly for large jacket

The tires are great for a light weight motorcycle, installed on a BMW K1600B they promote instability at speeds over 60mph, would not recommend installing them on heavy weight motorcycles.

Shipped quick in good package not installed yet but I am sure I will have no issues and if I do RevZilla will be there.

I read the reviews that the boots I purchased run big so I ordered 42 that were too small, then I called customer service and told them I wear a 9 1/2 and they told me to order size 44. They came and were comparable to size 11 in US. Then I had to order another pair so returning too orders and paying shipping along with my time was a crappy experience.
